That includes service or support animals. I live on the property in the main house. Cottage is behind house. No 3rd party booking allowed. We are 15 min drive from beach, downtown, UNCW, Cozy open living area with couch and chair TV/WiFi/Roku, air purifier. Kitchen space has sink, refrig, Microwave, toaster and coffeemaker, keurig, table/chairs, dishes, note NO oven. Bath has walk in shower, no tub. Sleeping area has full size double bed. Outside: Salt water pool!, hot/cold shower, grill, eating and lounging areas. Hot tub. We are happy to loan you beach chairs.

Private Tiny Home in the Woods!

This is a small cabin at the back of our property that has good privacy from the main house. It's a cozy space, but with a King size bed and a loft it easily accommodates 3 people! Very close to the beach. Dogs are welcome (sorry, no cats), please add as a "pet" to your reservation. The fee is $30 per stay. Dogs must be crated if left alone. We have one available if required.
