Very nice house in a very good location for visiting the region. The environment is very relaxing and the sea is a 2-minute walk. Well-equipped house and comfortable bedding. Only one downside: the difficulty of adjusting the heating, and a slightly cool temperature despite the heat pump. I recommend this property!

We had a great time with the family. The house is very well equipped and the bedding is of very good quality. When we arrived, we had little treats in the area. The welcome booklet is very complete with the outings. For our pet, we enjoyed the enclosed courtyard. Thanks to Véronique for her availability and responsiveness.

Great place to enjoy the sea: pretty beach a few minutes walk away! Well designed, well-appointed, very clean accommodation, with tourist proposals nearby, and leisure equipment (snowshoes and tennis balls and ping pong, with court and table reserved for the private hamlet). Anita is very warm in her communication, accommodating and responsive. It was perfect!

My 5th stay at Virginia and Sebastien's apartment, the second “winter version”, just as pleasant and refreshing as summer. As always, I was able to appreciate Virginia's responsiveness in case of questions, the calm of the apartment, the magnificent view, the "cocooning" side of the mezzanine with its comfortable bed with sea view and reading nook, the possibility of doing everything on foot or by transport (even in winter, you can take the bus to La Baule and Guérande at the foot of the Residence). At each stay, I discover new amenities: this time Virginia and Sébastien had the good idea to add a small cart on which you can store supplies, very convenient! Please think about all these little details that make the apartment even more functional. See you soon for a 6th stay!

House as described, Perfect stay in this house very well suited to families. Very comfortable, warm and super well equipped! a small fireplace upon our arrival, the hot tub very appreciated after the walks by the sea on the accessible trails, close to the house. Excellent communication with stephane, available and responsive. I highly recommend this rental.

Laurent's place was well appointed, generously sized and had a wonderful location right on the small beach of Kervoyal. The view of the sea is incomparable! Laurent was always quick to respond to messages and gave friendly tips. It was a perfect vacation all around!

This was a perfect place on a perfect location! One stap away of a pretty beach, nice for swimming, and in a very quiet neighbourhood. The house is more then perfect and very cosy, the communication with Marc was good. We had to pay 70 euro on the spot for the cleaning of the house, but that was okay because there is no cleaning fee in the rental. Marc even rented us a bike for our son for little money and had also a bodyboard for him for free. We definitely can recommend this place!

Wonderful house, and even more beautiful view! The perfect place to gather as a family, cook with all the necessary utensils available, and rest with very comfortable bedding.
