Amazing!!!! Been coming to Natalia’s beautiful cottage for years and it’s never a disappointment. She’s renovated the cottage and replaced the furniture with newer furniture. Communication is the best, she responds within the hour sometimes even within minutes. She’s super accommodating!

Thank you Avisa for hosting us. Our family came over to visit from Ireland and we had an amazing stay at the cottage. It was beautiful, looked exactly like the photos. The family really enjoyed it. It was very spacious and peaceful. Everything we needed was provided and the kitchen is well equipped to cook up a meal. The games room was huge it kept us all entertained and the hot tub was very relaxing. We really had a great stay and we will be back for sure for another stay. Thank you very much!!

When we walked into Jacqueline's place it was like wow!!! Open concept,bright and loved the decor and the top to floor windows. Jacqueline was very accomadating and very responsive. Would highly recommend her place and we will definitely be back in the future!!! Thanks for being a wonderful host

Such a gorgeous property and stunning views! The main living area had views from both south and north views of the lake since it is on a point. Stocked with everything we needed. Was a lovely weekend to honour my late uncle with my family. Balsam lake was his favourite spot. We went up the weekend after the huge ice storm so the place was running on a generator, which actually stopped working for a bit but the owners were on top of it as soon as they heard. They were very helpful. Would definitely stay there again in nicer weather! 🙌🙌

This place is amazing! The cabin is absolutely gorgeous on the inside and outside. The home was stocked with everything you could ever need. The amenities were in great working order and the house was so cozy. The area around the home is so peaceful and beautiful. The house is stocked with so many inside and outside games which we loved. Patricia was an amazing host! Extremely responsive and friendly. Was very helpful with everything we needed. We loved our stay here and would absolutely book again!

The host is very accommodating and understandable. Will definitely rebook again when we come back for summer!

This home is beautiful and well equipped. Giovanni was pleasant and responded quickly to inquiries. My only suggestion would be for visitors to check the beds before choosing rooms, as some bed are firm and others quite soft.
