Okay, so we just got back from our stay at this little gem, and I had to rave about it! From the moment we booked, Shubham was super responsive and helpful, answering all our questions. Finding the place was a breeze, and check-in was smooth as butter. The apartment itself? Seriously cute! It’s exactly as pictured - maybe even more . Everything was spotless and it felt so homey and welcoming. The budget room was a major highlight - we spent a lot of time out there sipping coffee and just relaxing. The location was awesome too! It was so easy to get around and explore all that Marol Andheri has to offer. We walked to Airport , and it was a beautiful stroll. Honestly, if you’re looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in Andheri Marol , look no further. This Airbnb is the real deal! We had such a great time and would definitely book again. I had a wonderful stay in unaiza apartment.I came for my mothers treatment in TMH which was close to hospital,and I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional hosting. The Unaiza was very proactive and helpful throughout my stay, making sure that I had everything I needed. The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the apartment.I am looking forward to book again and experience the same level of quality and service.

Firstly I was hesitant to book this place as it was newly listed and had little reviews. However all my doubts changed once I entered this place. The flat was very clean and had all the basic eminities you and your family needs for a homely stay. Above all the host was very helpful and proactive. He added all the amenities we requested quickly without any hassle. The hospitality we experienced was totally overwhelming and me and my family are very grateful to the host for this wonderful stay he provided for us. We will surely recommend this place for anyone visiting Mira road and surrounding areas in Mumbai to try this place for a peaceful and comfortable stay .

Nice place to stay for longest period

We had a great stay. Peaceful neighbourhood. The house is very thoughtful and put together with all the amenities Accessible to many restaurants, walkable, lots of things to do nearby. Would definitely come back again!

We had a three-week stay at Pavan’s apartment, and he was an excellent host, very communicative, proactive, and always ready to assist with any requests. The apartment is in a safe location, clutter-free, and ideal for two people. It is quite small and cozy but worked well for our needs. One downside was the cockroach issue, which was a bit of a challenge. However, Pavan was responsive and tried to help as much as possible. The location is very convenient, with plenty of rickshaws available downstairs, making it easy to get around. Overall, while there were a few challenges, Pavan’s hospitality and willingness to assist made our stay more comfortable. Would recommend for a short stay with the understanding that the space is compact and the building may have some maintenance concerns.

The warmth and friendliness of the entire family made me feel truly at home, creating an atmosphere of genuine hospitality.​ The location is another advantage, with Malad station just a short walk away, facilitating easy travel across Mumbai. Nestled near PG Road, the neighborhood retains its old-world charm, characterized by its petite, authentic Hindu heritage. This area is historically known as Chincholi Village, one of the oldest localities in Malad, dating back to 1800. For those seeking a blend of comfort, cultural immersion, and hospitality in Mumbai, I wholeheartedly recommend Amols place!

Beautiful heritage themed apartment. Heritage artwork on walls and ceiling is absolutely stunning. We could clearly feel the devotion towards hospitality. We loved the interiors and the vintage touch to everything in the apartment. It was a pleasant surprise that vintage crockery like wooden bowls and meenakari utensils are in the apartment to give heritage feel to the apartment.The linen was also matching the theme which made everything so exciting for us. The house is well maintained and clean. The manager Yash is good in his job and is available for any support throughout the stay. The location is just perfect. There are markets, grocery shops just outside the building. Travelling from this apartment is a breeze. It is fully loaded with rickshaws, taxis, cabs, buses and also metro. It was a wonderful stay. Highly recommended

Shilpi was a great host. She was very responsive and always reachable. Villa is as per pictures. It a place where you’re out of honking and noise of Mumbai. A very pleasant stay and would definitely book in future for any Mumbai visit!
