The apartment is located on the lower floor of our home and has its own entrance. Waldkirchen town with Garhammer department store is 5 minutes drive away. The 3 river city, Passau is 30 minutes by car. Bayerwald Golf and Country club is 10 minutes by car. Hochficht Ski resort in Austria is 40 minutes away

Entspanne dich in unserem urigen Loft in der Voralpenregion Österreichs. Die liebevoll gestaltete Unterkunft hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub am Land braucht. Der große Essbereich lädt zum gemütlichen Beisammensein nach einem Tag in der Natur ein. In der kleinen Küche mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Herdplatte kann man sich einfache Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Die Dusche erfrischt nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag, denn die Umgebung bietet eine Vielzahl an Outdooraktivitäten.

Jste-li pak trochu akčnější, pro cyklisty máme spoustu kilometrů po rovince, aby jste si nejen zasportovali, ale hlavně oddechli.

Bathroom, toilet and kitchen are in the main house right next door.
