Kerem's place provides great value for money. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and Kerem provides video instructions for how to reach it (having a vehicle is highly recommended for getting around). By car, we visited beaches in Oludeniz, Sarigerme and Katranci. The property has views of the bay and the mountains behind and the kids loved the swing, the garden and the cat visitors. The property is tended to by helpful support staff and the pool is cleaned daily. Perhaps because it was end of the season, we needed to get to the shops for basics (dishwashing tablets, washing up liquid, sponges, regular coffee, more toilet paper). The property was clean and simply furnished. Thanks Kerem for hosting us.

After reading the comments, I decided that the comments are all true and more, the location is very nice, very close to the markets and other beaches and attractions in the middle of the attractions, everything is in the house, and it is a very privilege without our Aunt Aynur. I felt sorry for him when we left, we loved him very much, we loved our vacation, he did not have the opportunity to get to know Mr. Talat, but his mother is a complete and hospitable, thank you very much on behalf of my family. My children had a lot of fun (4-10) I would definitely recommend to see you soon😊

This house is a little gem, tucked away in a quiet part of Icmeler but still only 5 mins form the beach. The pool, shared by three properties, was brilliant, and the neighbours were lovely. Irmak was super-helpful, answering our questions quickly, plus provided some really helpful extras (like the BIG drums of drinking water). Highly recommended.

The house is quite spacious, spacious and convenient, 6 people had a very comfortable and enjoyable holiday. A helpful and attentive host with everything. We would like to thank Ms. Şive and her family very much.

A lovely peaceful location set in an orchard. Only 1 Mile from Dalyan town centre. The pool is lovely, 3 Bathrooms is a bonus and comfortably sleeps 8. The local scenery and wildlife is lovely. Close to all the local activities but far enough away to enjoy a tranquil time with the family when you need it

Very pleasant apartment. It is actually better than what you see on the pictures. It is very clean and warm, quiet and private and still it's in the centre with all activities being just few metres away. Very good design and user friendly layout The communication was swift and pleasant. We will gladly come back next year.

We did not experience any negativity related to the house and the neighborhood in this stay. The house was very well maintained and clean. All the utensils were in working order.

Thank you very much for a lovely stay at your home. The house had everything we needed as a family to have a relaxing holiday. We felt at home. The garden is very beatiful. Ziya was always responsive and welcoming and Mr Zafar was very helpful.

The location is good, not far from the center but quiet, the place is clean and the garden/pool are also well kept. Good value.

From the moment you first walk through the door, a friendly and friendly couple welcomes you, even this warms you without going to the room. Our stay at home was also very healthy, and the armchairs opened in the room and in the living room were very comfortable for a good night's sleep after a strenuous day. Close to sightseeing in Dalyan and staying in mind as a good experience when leaving.

We spent 6 nights at Ali's place. The apartment is recently renovated and has a very nice look and feel. Nice cooking facilities, comfy bed and most of all, they make you feel very welcome. Grandma came and brought us Fresh eggs local eggplant salad and fruit. The place is in a small village looking out over the valley and the kitesurf spot. Ideal for us so we could easily see if it was time to pack up and go for a kite session. Would highly recommend for people who want good value for money, low key and friendly hosts.

First of all, we would like to thank Mr. Ali for hosting. The house was as it appeared in the photos, it was spotless and had more than all the equipment we could need, it was clean and new. Mr. Ali also shared all the usage information about the house before the stay. The place was peaceful in the woods. It was very easy to get to the bays and attractions around by car. It was a pleasant holiday for us, I recommend you to experience it ✌️
