Kerem's place provides great value for money. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and Kerem provides video instructions for how to reach it (having a vehicle is highly recommended for getting around). By car, we visited beaches in Oludeniz, Sarigerme and Katranci. The property has views of the bay and the mountains behind and the kids loved the swing, the garden and the cat visitors. The property is tended to by helpful support staff and the pool is cleaned daily. Perhaps because it was end of the season, we needed to get to the shops for basics (dishwashing tablets, washing up liquid, sponges, regular coffee, more toilet paper). The property was clean and simply furnished. Thanks Kerem for hosting us.

Very nice place to go with the family, the host helped with a lot of things, finding the house is a perfect place for check-in, cleanliness and comfort, I think my next vacation will be the same again

Overall, we were satisfied, we had a pleasant holiday with our dogs. Pros: The house is immaculate and well-maintained. The items are adequate and neat. The hosts who live upstairs are neat, nice people. The garden and balcony are very nice and pleasant, we were very comfortable with our dogs. Cons: It actually has a single negative side. Due to the elevation difference, you need to go up/down 40 steps from the garden door to the house. That pushes you when you're carrying the luggage. You take a 3-minute path to the sea, but there are also steps on this road. The steps in the house are added, although the path is short, it's challenging. Elderly and children may have serious difficulty.

I used airbnb for the first time. Mr. Uğur answered all our questions in a short time from the reservation process to the time we checked out. The location of the house is magnificent, as it appears in the pictures. It is a great place for those who want a quiet and peaceful holiday. I recommend.

This house is a little gem, tucked away in a quiet part of Icmeler but still only 5 mins form the beach. The pool, shared by three properties, was brilliant, and the neighbours were lovely. Irmak was super-helpful, answering our questions quickly, plus provided some really helpful extras (like the BIG drums of drinking water). Highly recommended.

In the last week of September, we had a very pleasant holiday at Ms. Şeyda's house, the house was sparkling clean, the linens, towels,kitchen utensils, everything was considered according to the needs. We really had a nice holiday by feeling at home. The location of the house was also quiet and very close to the center by car, even though it was not very close to the center. We also loved the Şirinköy Akçapınar locations, and the coffee shops, which were very close to the house, and the restaurants were both cozy and stylish places with vision. I'm sure we'll miss the house and want to come back:)

Can was extremely approachable before our trip and whilst we were in Dalyan . His mother Arife was equally as approachable considering her limited English . She was a kind lady always willing to help ! On our final day she came to say goodbye and offered us water melon . The pool is well maintained , the maintenance guy comes every second day . The neighbourhood is peaceful but within easy walking distance to the town and supermarkets. The weekly Saturday market is 300 metres away so very close to get all your fruit and vegetables. I highly recommend Can’s property and we will return to this oasis in Dalyan.

Mr. Aydın welcomed us nicely, we did not have any problems at the entrance, the house was clean and tidy, the kitchen utensils were complete and clean, I just hope that the lack of internet will solve it as well. I would recommend it to anyone.

The Natural Villa is a beautiful place to stay, with an open airy floor plan and fun vintage furniture. The kitchenette worked well for what we needed, however, we did purchase a few items to make our stay easier (wine glasses, larger skillet, mugs, knifes). Mursel and his family were very kind and gracious. Even though we did not understand each other’s language, everyone joyfully took the time to interpret to the best of their abilities. There were a couple of things we did not understand when we made the reservation - There was a daily fee for AC, which could only be run for a few hours (would turn off in middle of the night). Laundry fee was just for the use of the machine, you did it and hung it to dry yourself (different from other places I have stayed). For long stays (we stayed a month) you can pay for cleaning if you want. It was a lovely experience with kind caring people, who worked hard to make our stay a wonderful experience.

We have had a very enjoyable 3 days. It had everything you could need in a home, it was clean and well-maintained. The location of the house was very easy to find by car and within walking distance to the Azmak river, and we were able to have a quiet holiday because it was isolated from the surroundings. I recommend it with peace of mind.

From the moment you first walk through the door, a friendly and friendly couple welcomes you, even this warms you without going to the room. Our stay at home was also very healthy, and the armchairs opened in the room and in the living room were very comfortable for a good night's sleep after a strenuous day. Close to sightseeing in Dalyan and staying in mind as a good experience when leaving.

We spent 6 nights at Ali's place. The apartment is recently renovated and has a very nice look and feel. Nice cooking facilities, comfy bed and most of all, they make you feel very welcome. Grandma came and brought us Fresh eggs local eggplant salad and fruit. The place is in a small village looking out over the valley and the kitesurf spot. Ideal for us so we could easily see if it was time to pack up and go for a kite session. Would highly recommend for people who want good value for money, low key and friendly hosts.

A lovely peaceful location set in an orchard. Only 1 Mile from Dalyan town centre. The pool is lovely, 3 Bathrooms is a bonus and comfortably sleeps 8. The local scenery and wildlife is lovely. Close to all the local activities but far enough away to enjoy a tranquil time with the family when you need it

Mr. Servet and his family were very friendly and caring people, we had a wonderful peaceful night in nature, the pool was spotless. This is the first time I've seen such a comprehensive kitchen with everything in mind for the kitchen. There were a lot of thin things up to the olive oil we would put in our salad. We are looking forward to coming back:)

The house is very nice, exactly as in the photos and completely sufficient. The garden fences were great for both privacy and being able to leave our dog off leash. Highly recommend the house for those who will come with the dog. The only problem is that no dogs are allowed on the nearby beaches: (There are places to swim in the sea by private vehicle. Mr. Hakan Can has thought of everything for the house. Everything that might be necessary, from insecticide to shampoo, was available in the house. Overall, we were very happy:)

We enjoyed our stay. Our house was clean and comfortable. Ekincik is a calm and silent place for a good rest. Thank you Emir for hospitality.
