Amazing peaceful please, just outside of the busy chiang mai. Exactly what I needed after an intense retreat. Will def come back here when back again in CM!

Hygiene is super clean, the landlord is very friendly, and the housekeeper is very good.Quiet and quiet at night.The housekeeper is a very nice old grandfather.Check-in time is more flexible.This homestay adds to the experience of our trip.

Very nice gest house on the outskirts of Chiang Mai, we are not in the middle of the countryside but not really need to go out because the garden is very large and very comfortable. We stayed with our 1-year-old baby and were very happy to be able to cook on site. Only downside, there is quite little hot water but this is a place we highly recommend!

We spent a very nice week at Ampika’s condo in Chiang Mai. Everything was exactly as described and there is even a nice garden area outside to enjoy during your stay. Her father looks over the building and is always available for anything you need on site. He is a real gem! We are looking forward to staying again next year, thanks again for everything 🙏🏼🙏🏼

The room was so bright and lovely. All the plants were so nice. The Ac was quiet and worked really well. I would definitely stay there again. I did not want to leave. It felt very homey!

We had a great stay at Alistair and Nok’s guest rooms, their property is lovely. It was a nice break from the busy city.

In general good, the only defect that rises a little smell for the nights of the pipes. It has a washing machine and kitchen and it is a quiet and welcoming place

We stayed at Maryjo’s place for a week and it was amazing. The house is very beautiful, and the guest unit has literally everything you might need, from air conditioning to a bottle opener. The bed is large and very comfortable. Possibly the most comfortable one we've slept in during our month of traveling around Thailand. Maryjo is awesome and she definitely knows 100% what hospitality means. Besides having all our needs met, we had several very pleasant conversations. And we'd especially like to mention that Maryjo has a very cool and friendly dog. We fell in love and wanted to steal her, but changed our minds because it's better she stays in this awesome house, and we'll just come visit again. We absolutely recommend this place.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
