Our stay at the Beachfront apartment has earned a special place in the hearts of my family and I. Our 2 nights experience was amazing. Everything we needed was at close proximity - literally, first the beach access gate from the apartment complex, a secure pool that gave us peace of mind when the kids were out swimming and It's easy access from the gym was just perfect for me and my wife. The views were absolutely stunning, and the sunrise, unforgettable. The sandy and coral free beach was perfect for evening walks, and we enjoyed the coconut juice offered by vendors along the way—so refreshing! The apartment is also close to two major shopping malls, so it was easy to top up our supplies. There’s even a major hotel next door, The Reef Hotel, which was great for dining out. Overall, it was a wonderfully refreshing but very short holiday, thanks to Vivian’s amazing hospitality. We must come back to this spot.

Chichii has a beautiful Morden apartment with AC. It has spaces rooms with modern showers. This place is absolutely stunning with the swimming pool and gym downstairs. A short distance walk to the shopping mall. I’d recommend this place 1000%

Lena is an amazing host and so is her beautiful space, i would highly recommend it, as someone who came from far, i felt right at home, plus she is easily reached in case of anything. I would go back again.

My family and I enjoyed the beach apartment provided by Angela. Great ocean 🌊 views and the place was quite spacious. There was a restaurant within the premises where we could order our meals, great food. Would definitely recommend it and visit again.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this apartment. The view alone is worth every penny you can see almost the entire Mombasa coastline from the windows and balcony, making each sunrise and sunset unforgettable. The apartment is spacious and beautifully kept, with a modern yet cozy ambience that made me feel right at home. It was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities I could ask for. Additionally, the location was perfect, with a nearby mosque and a walking distance to all shops, supermarkets you name it; adding a unique cultural touch and peaceful vibe to the neighborhood. The combination of breathtaking views, cleanliness, and a relaxing atmosphere made my stay truly special. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone visiting Mombasa! If you are looking for a quiet and luxury apartment, near the beach and with clean swimming pool, not far from the city malls and other facilities, this apartment can please you, I enjoyed it with my family.

I thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful and laid-back atmosphere during my stay. There is a gym located within the premises, and the instructors were incredibly friendly. Additionally, it's a short and easy walk to the beach. Highly recommended!

We were attending a cremation in the area, we had a very good stay. We asked if we could keep our luggage in the appartment until after the service, and it was no problem, and no additional charge. The appartement was clean and comfortable, very good value for the money

Venessa is a great Host we enjoyed our stay everything matched the description , loved the space very big and spacious , wallking diatance to the beach great place to be.

Lyn was a nice and helpful host. She has sent us local recommendations and contacts ahead of our stay and was also making sure everything is ok during our stay. The house is small but cute and as advertised in a very convenient location just next to the Sundowner and Clubhouse. The bedrooms are very bright and airy with huge glass sliding doors onto the patio. Only downside is that there are no mosquito screens for the sliding doors and upon arrival they were all widely open to air out the room. This has allowed lots of huge spiders to come inside. That’s the only downside though, everything else was great. Also the bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot with great water pressure.

The location is perfect and staff are welcoming. We had an amazing time at the villa.

It is always hard to book a place based on online information and travel 1/2 way around the world to get there hoping you won’t be disappointed. In this case, I cannot wait to return! This place is a spacious sanctuary with lush vegetation, incorrigible monkeys, and miles of soft sandy beach. Washing machine, fully stocked kitchen and air conditioning in bedrooms made our stay feel decadent. The on-site restaurant served good food and plenty of nearby restaurants along the water. The clean pools sparkled and the temperature was great.

Tina’s house is simply beautiful, probably the best location at Vipingo Ridge and a 5 minute walk to the Sundowner bar. The house is well furnished and the staff, particularly Marietta was excellent. We were also fortunate to have a chef, Ngowa who we would recommend if you book the villa. The golf course is one of the best in Kenya, but never busy and we played lots of padel tennis. We had a great holiday - thanks Tina - you were very helpful throughout our stay.

It’s about a 15-minute walk to Kiriwuti Beach, which is peaceful and uncrowded—an ideal spot to relax. The house includes a kitchen for self-catering, with the option to request a chef if needed. It also features a spacious terrace, perfect for small, personal gatherings, and a private pool for a refreshing dip. This serene environment is ideal for unleashing creativity, meditating, and reconnecting with nature. Catherine helped us organize activities in advance, such as horse riding, a mini safari at Vipingo Ridge, and a delightful sundowner cruise. We had a great stay at the Villa, everything was perfect. Large rooms, beautiful pool with terrace, wooded garden… The employees of the house are very friendly and Chef Gigeon's dishes are excellent, we called on his services all week. The staff is attentive and helpful when needed. Really magical, go there without a second thought!!
