House vacation rentals in Mountainaire

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the location was peaceful and serene (exactly what we were hoping for). The home was beautifully decorated and landscaped. It was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The master suite had gorgeous views of the red rock, the bed was super comfortable and the master bath was expansive and luxurious. The hosts were extremely responsive and were ready to help with anything we needed. The home is located about 15 minute drive from Sedona’s busy uptown core - we enjoyed being close to all amenities without being in the middle of the hustle. We would definitely come back to this location again and again. Thank you John and Rainey for a wonderful stay!

Great location, within just a few minutes of shops, restaurants, and hiking. Also, the host is very responsive which was nice. I would absolutely stay here again when in Sedona!

Such a beautiful space. Great for a larger group. Everyone in our party had their own space to relax in. The pool and outdoor space was peaceful and usable. Would definitely stay again if back in Sedona!

The home was perfectly clean and comfortable. We used every aspect of the house (tvs, ac, pool, hot tub, grill) and everything worked perfectly and as advertised. definitely a 5 star home.

While we only enjoyed this place for an evening, due to our traveling schedule. The best part was waking up to and walking the backyard garden area. This place is ideal for a large group. Real nice property and close enough to everything for a night out! I would definitely stay here again in the future.

This home falls in one of our favorite Airbnbs we’ve stayed over the years. The views from the living room are breathtaking! The home is super clean, very well stocked and very spacious. We loved that though it’s in a private community and surrounded by homes, it’s nestled in a good spot that provides privacy. The place has lots of games, toys and other entertainment for kids which was great! A baby high chair, pack and play made things easy for us with our toddler, very thoughtful and accommodative by providing those amenities. Location is very convenient and has many restaurants, stores etc. close by. We loved our stay and would definitely come back here when we are out in Sedona next time. If I had one suggestion for the owners, I’d say add a small nespresso machine to make some espresso without having to take a drive out to the nearest coffee shop. enjoying a nice espresso early morning with that sunrise view from the living room, that would be perfect!

What a fabulous stay! The house is lovely, with nearby trail access, and thoughtful amenities. We particularly enjoyed how kid friendly it was. We can’t wait to go back!

This place was absolutely beautiful! The pool is amazing when you get it heated. We had very up and down weather but on the one 69 degree day we got the pool was the perfect temp. The views are truly 360. The whole outdoor area makes you feel like you are staying in a villa In Italy.

This was a cute, bright, and clean house in a quiet neighborhood and a great location. We were able to walk to several trails and the Chapel of the Holy Cross. There are some beautiful views out the windows as well. The yard was secure and a good size for our medium sized dog. We plan on coming back to Sedona and would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Cabin for a Family Getaway in Flagstaff Our family of 12 had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin in Flagstaff! The location couldn’t have been better – directly across from a hill perfect for sledding, which made for hours of fun for the kids. The cabin itself is spacious and thoughtfully designed. The kids absolutely loved their custom bunk beds, with room for 6 and their own space upstairs. They had a cozy TV area and plenty of room to play, which kept them entertained throughout our stay. The adults enjoyed the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. The outdoor area was also a highlight, with a large fenced yard that was perfect for our dogs to run around. It felt like a true home away from home, with every detail carefully considered to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The place was better than the pictures. Comfortable and spacious! Great location close to stores, restaurants, Clarkdale, Jerome and Sedona quick easy drive!

Neil place is great I like the place, it’s quiet and private, good for family stay. The only thing that I notice the Bear Statue in the living room quite dusty and creepy specially if you are staying with kids, and the sleeper sofa in the living room is quite old or not cleaned at all. It had some food and drink spills all over you can notice when you sit on it. Overall our family experience is very good we like the place

Great location! Walkable to downtown Sedona and some of the best restaurants in town (Elote Cafe, L’Auberge property + Cress on Oak Creek, and the main drag with shops and restaurants) and absolutely stunning 360 degree views. We rented the place with another couple and it was great to have the entire upper floor to ourselves, they had the entire bottom floor, and we could convene in the living space and kitchen on the middle floor. The house is in a neighborhood but the balconies and living spaces felt very private because of the layout (including the hot tub and porches). We loved it and would stay here again!

This was the most thoughtful and well-appointed Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Beds were mattresses- not the bed in a box a lot of places are using. Washer and dryer were over sized. Need a spatula? There’s three. Need a measuring scoop? Three of those too. Forget your razor? There’s extras. There’s more than basic kitchen necessities and plates for like 15 people. Pretty backyard and very clean. 10/10

Very well-equipped cozy little house. I loved the direct access to the National Forest trails right out the back gate. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, including condiments. The Wifi was reliable -- no TV so I streamed on my computer. Marty and Kerstin were very friendly and helpful.

The home was immaculately clean and very thoughtfully stocked. Well equipped kitchen with many spices etc. Plenty of extra linens. You could easily spend several days with nothing more than clothes and basic toiletries. Hot tub was hot and felt very clean. Host was very responsive and had several great suggestions for the area. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or recommend to family and friends.

Our third stay at the Riordan house and another wonderful time was had. Like living in a time capsule of a day gone by. Add in the charms of the home's amenities (like the new-to-us Fire Pit) and breathtaking location, with ever changing colors of the red rocks far in the distance. We'll be back again soon...

GORGEOUS HOME ! Pictures don’t make it justice. My friends and I felt at home staying here. The beds were comfortable, very clean bathrooms, hot water, and well stocked house. Just like described. I personally really liked the big windows looking at the backyard and the creek next to the house. It was so peaceful to listen to as well. Also, Carin and Jonathan were amazing hosts! They are very attentive and are ready to help with anything. I would love to go back to Sedona and stay here again! 10/10 recommend!!

What a fantastic home and ideal experience!! This stay was better than we could have imagined with our hosts being amazingly responsive and helpful. They have an informational, easy to read booklet about the home and surroundings. Paul replied to our questions quickly and sent messages to make sure we had everything we needed. The place was very clean and well-designed. There were treats left for us in the kitchen and many resources about local activities. We had plenty of space inside the home and outside on the patio. We slept comfortably in the beds and had all the amenities in the listing and more. We had a wonderful ladies trip and loved that we didn't have to strip the beds or take out the trash or do any additional cleaning. Paul is so thoughtful and didn't want us to do housework on our vacation. Many thanks to Paul and Larisa!! We will only stay at your place on our next trips to Cottonwood!!

Great place for a Flagstaff vacation. The space was clean and had all of the necessary amenities. Valeria was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with.

It was the perfect place to stay! Cottonwood was near Jerome and Sedona. I really liked that I was close enough to drive to Sedona, and be able to get away from the crowds and enjoy a peaceful evening enjoying the hot tub and fire in the backyard. Views from the back yard and kitchen were amazing! The home was very cozy. Loved all of the details. I would very much like to visit again and stay in the same house.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. As others have noted, it’s a nice retreat from Sedona and nearby sightseeing and it’s clear the host has thought of necessary amenities for kids like games and multiple tvs. For us and our 9 year old it was comfortable and pleasant.
