Vacation rentals with lake access in Motala Municipality

We had a great stay. The house is located at a beautiful lake. It's perfect for enjoying the swedish nature. Especially the sauna by the lake was our favorite. Odd was a great host, answering to any questions very fast.

The communication with Jimmy was great. Jimmy was super nice and helpful. The lakeside location is great. Out of the front door via his driveway onto a little/not at all busy road down to the lake. The lake at the place is great. The short way into the accommodation is golden to get things. The garden and the seating area is great. The kitchen has everything it needs. Shower has power. Basically, as also described, it is a very small garden hut. In the best weather, you can only use it for sleeping anyway. If you want to be at the lake a lot and the weather plays along, I would go back to Jimmy again and again, even if it's not cheap, but that's probably due to the location.

We stayed in the beautiful house with 2 teenage children and a dog. Absolutely quiet location, few neighbors. During our stay, only a cottage/summer house of about 12 was occupied. Great surroundings, with nature in nature. The cabinets in the rooms were a little full of linens and co. so we lived out of the suitcase...didn't really detract from the whole thing. The bathroom or shower is a bit moldy, which is not quite as nice. Otherwise a great, very bright, large room with a dining table and large sofa. It was a relaxed, uncomplicated and beautiful stay.

An absolute dream house located in the middle of a small municipality right on the lake. We spent 2 great weeks there. And there was nothing missing. The electricity stayed away a few times, but that has something to do with the public utility rather than with the landlord. Everything very clean and modernly furnished. Fast and nice communication. In the middle of nature. Just right for those seeking tranquility and relaxation. Some nice hiking trails , good bathing opportunities and many animals to watch. Shopping facilities are 25 min away by car. We had a great holiday with Susanne.

We really enjoyed the communication with the hosts, for the house, for the facilities, for Tived National Park, for the instruction book in the house and for the entire stay. It can easily be we'll be back. We had a little trouble with our car and some neighbors were also very helpful. It was just really good everything.

Beautiful house in a relaxing surrounding

Everything has been easy and very nice ever since we booked until we checked out. Both Johan and Linnea have been extremely accommodating and proactive in both communication and action. We all 17, children and adults, have had an amazing Christmas at Aspa Hergård. Highly recommend this, both host couple and stay. Thank you so much Tina&Einar, with children, and grandchildren. PS: In addition, we shared the property with the family who rented the manor. Now the grandchildren are convinced that the plot is for real 🤭

Great hosts who were kind and helpful. The accommodation was super fresh and spacious and was in an incredibly beautiful and leafy area by the canal. Lovely walk to train station which only took one left around. Highly recommend!

Great that sheets, towels and cleaning were included 👌 We were so happy with our accommodation, they were close to the different sightseeing, Vättern and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay here! Even without snow, the cozy fireplace made the atmosphere warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing winter getaway. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed and the variety of toys kept our kids entertained the entire time. Beautiful, peaceful, and cozy. It was a gem and I was shocked by how much we loved our stay! We had to check in late because of delays and Mats was accommodating and kind. Lovely area, comfortable and gorgeous stuga, and clear still water in the lake. I will definitely book again if it’s available!

Experienced one of the finest sunset right from the bedroom! Highly recommend. Stone was a great host who offered fresh tomatoes and other small things that we needed.

Had a very nice weekend with walking, running and lots of cooking. A little trouble with hot water and oven that Helene did her best to remedy, so everything we had planned could be implemented. Helpful and easy to deal with!

So fresh and cozy cabin, incredibly good price, especially considering sheets and towels yesterday! Easy check in even for those of us who showed up in the middle of the night!

The cottage is very cozily furnished, everything necessary is available. The description and photos of the house are realistic. It is slightly elevated on a small hill and you have a beautiful view of meadows and forest. Every evening three deer came to eat behind the house. Andreas was very nice and gave us tips for hikes in the immediate vicinity. Also well located for the occasional visit to Tiveden National Park, about 45 minutes drive did not bother us. Askersund can be reached in about 15 minutes (shopping, city stroll). Overall, we felt very comfortable!
