Excellent house, comfortable, I highly recommend it. Affordable price, great communication with host. But for those who want to explore Aracaju and get to know the center and other places, it is far away.

Max is an excellent host! Responde Quick and always mto friendly. There was no problem with the puppies and was always willing to help. The house is simple and extremely spacious. Good amount of bathrooms and air in the 2 bedrooms! At the bottom is your family's home. For us, it wasn't a problem because they leave you the space totally private. This home is simply sensational! Located on the edge of the Vaza Barris River, it offers a unique and quiet experience. The house is fully equipped, with a fully stocked kitchen with utensils and comfortable air-conditioned rooms, ensuring a pleasant night. The swimming pool and the access to the river are real differentials, I managed to fish in the river with a fishing rod provided by the house, the canoe tours that leave the Marina next door are a great option to explore the region. But what really made the difference was the hospitality of the owner, Wlademir. It was amazing, not only in relation to the house, but also in providing valuable indications about the best sights in the region. I recommend this home to everyone looking for a differentiated Airbnb experience in Aracaju. We'll be back for sure!

The apartment is very clean, organized, decorated and equipped. Edenilza is responsive and very helpful. One of the rooms has no air-conditioning, but it's very windy, and the fan can supply it. It's definitely a great place to stay.

Our Stadia was great! Everything the way it looks like the pictures. Well-groomed and clean. We were only a little afraid of the ceiling fan that swings a little in the living room. Outriding it, everything was perfect and in great condition.

Laís was extremely helpful when we needed her. The apartment is well described, and has all the necessary accommodation for a stay. In our case, the trip was just me and my mom, so we had even more space. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning, and the kitchen and laundry area are extremely spacious and pleasant. The TV is a very high point of the apartment, it seems to me that Laís has a chromecast, very practical for watching movies and series as a family. Points we really liked: the location, we are one block from the beach and very close to the tourist market, in addition if you have a car for the tours, as in our case, you leave the tumult of the watchtower and stay in a safe and quieter place, of similar quality and with a better cost-benefit; the television; the space of the apartment; and Laís' attention and care to serve us well. Points that can improve (suggestions): the living room sofa; the air conditioning in the second bedroom (power); an air conditioner in the living room would be amazing.

Let's do this. Second time in Aracaju, second time at Saulo's residence. The experiences were extraordinary. The house met all our expectations. Host Saulo shows extreme care and concern in the accommodation and well-being of the guests, answering the requests, giving tips on tourist sites and commercial establishments. We felt like it was an extension of our home. About the Costa beach: considerably dirtier than the other stay. Associating the lack of education of the users and the neglect of the authorities, what one has is a quiet beach, but it lacks a lot of cleaning and conservation. Frequent policing, both the Municipal Guard and the military police. Lifeguard present. In summary, Aracaju remains a great holiday option and lodging in Saulo's residence was very rewarding. We'll be back soon for sure.

I stayed with my parent, sister and aunt for vacation. It was the first time here on Airbnb and I was super satisfied! The house is wonderful, just as advertised and Caueira is a paradise! We initially rented for 9 nights and because we like it so we ended up extending our stay for another 3 nights!! We left there full of Plans to return. Terrah Homes' team of hosts is super attentive, always helping and assisting us in what was needed, outside of Virginia and the Werlys (Homemade and Pscineiro) who were super helpful and kind.
