Thanks for a great stay over Christmas. We loved the little touches of Christmas decorations up in the house. It was a great base for us to explore Geneva and close to family. Public transport was easy to use. The house was warm and cosy even on cold winter days. There was everything we needed in this cute, cosy house.

We had an incredible stay as a family of 5. The villa was spotless and even better than the photos. Sandy and her family were so hospitable and made us feel so welcome. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time in Sciez, I personally thank Françoise, Franck and Arielle for their responsiveness by message and kindness! The shawl is spacious, well located (50 min from Morzine), the rooms are comfortable and spacious! This place is quite suitable for a group of 15! I recommend you to go there to enjoy a beautiful setting (close to Lake Leman) and ski slopes! Thanks again and see you soon I hope:)

Clean accommodation with a turnaround in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village. Friendly, communicative host who was not on site, but organized everything well. It takes some getting used to the three roosters on the property, which often train their vocal organs.

We had the fortune to stay the entire month of July and it was the vacation of a lifetime. Location is perfect with lots of things to do around the lake(biking,swimming,hiking,local food markets) and loads of fun day trips (Chamonix,Chambéry,Sixt-fer-a-cheval, Geneve, Lyon ). The house is well equipped for families, very comfortable, and the views are breathtaking . We enjoyed many evenings on the deck with a nice breeze, just admiring the gorgeous views of lake and mountains. Michel was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all inquiries. Highly recommend for a special family holiday

We had a great time. The house is tastefully decorated, very quiet and spacious for 6 people. It's a family home: the kitchen is extremely stocked; there are also lots of books, comics, CDs...to spend pleasant moments if the weather is gloomy. We were not able to test the terrace because our stay was in winter but it looked very pleasant. Our host was very responsive. We highly recommend this listing.

Our stay at Emilie's beautiful lake house was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Emilie and her family welcomed us warmly, making us feel at home. The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, perfect for families with kids. The cozy outside living areas made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The private pool was a highlight, providing endless fun for our kids and a relaxing spot for us. The private beach was perfect for swimming and paddleboarding. We were able to use the "pedalo", which was always quite a fun ride. Emilie and her family were exceptional hosts. Overall, our stay at Emilie's lake house was everything we hoped for and more. It was the perfect family getaway, offering a blend of relaxation. We left with wonderful memories and a desire to return soon. Thank you, Emilie and family, for an amazing stay!

We were lucky to spend summer on lake Leman in Evelyn’s & MIchele’s house. It was a last minute booking, and hosts were kind and adjusted to our schedule. House is located in a closed private neighborhood with litteraly 1 min walk to private beach and pier. Area is beautiful and peaceful. Check in was smooth, not only Evelyn and Michele adjusted t our schedule the met us in person and showed us around. The house has 3 bedrooms – master bedroom on ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. It’s rather spacious and comfortable. The jewel of the estate is the pool. Very well maintained and well designed – it has everything you could possibly want, small shallow area for kids to play and swim, lounges, umbrellas. We were bathing every day without exceptions. Pool is fully automated. Area is walkable, but you have to walk a while – nearest grocery store & Boulanger in Messery (20 min on foot), nearest restaurants – 15-20 min one Messery or Nernier. All in all – amazing time! Thank you Evelyn!

We stayed in this wonderful location to party New Year's Eve. What about the house is wonderful, it enjoys a beautiful view of the lake and the spaces are generous. There were 10 of us and we were super comfortable and the house was super equipped. Mathilde has always been kind and available for our every need and if there is an opportunity we will be very happy to come back maybe in summer to enjoy the pool.

The villa is exceptional, modern, comfortable, a splendid view on each floor. I recommend 1000%. We had a magical stay.

The cat is quiet and on its own. We made the walk out of the tips, go swimming to the swimming pool with slides vitam, visited the towns of yvoire and annecy. Furthermore, we have been near bonneville to mini golf and toboggan run and in lusac with cable car up for a walk with a view of mont blanc.

We had a wonderful stay at this house nestled in the beautiful French Alps. The host was extremely helpful and made everything easy, from the check-in process to providing assistance during our stay. The house is equipped with everything needed for those who love cooking, including grilling utensils that we thoroughly enjoyed using. The wide range of pool accessories was a very nice touch, allowing us to relax and have fun outdoors. The garden is spacious and well-maintained, perfect for enjoying the alpine scenery in complete tranquility. It was a relaxing and refreshing stay, and we would gladly return in the future. the house has a lot of beds, 3 bedrooms upstairs with 3 beds each, sofa beds in the living room (6 beds). the kitchen is large enough to accommodate everyone. we saw the house in "winter" mode, we did not really enjoy the basement or the outside. I generally recommend this house for a stay for families or friends. Reymond is very available, responsive and wishes the best for his hosts. Thanks to him

The cottage has ample space, which was very nice with the snowstorm. Jean-Pierre was very welcoming and cleared of snow several times. Apart from a slight hot water tank issue, the stay was great. We'll be back if possible.

When you arrive, you will be in a corner of greenery and peaceful. When you arrive at the house, the owner takes care of the tenants with very nice little touches. The house is very comfortable and very pleasant. Thank you for this short stay

An extremely pleasant stay! Cédric is a charming person who knows how to host. The house located in a quiet area is pretty, spacious and ultra well equipped. The kitchen, functional and friendly, allowed us to make real meals. The bedding is of very good quality. The house was very clean. It's a real good airbnb!
