House vacation rentals in Mortain-Bocage

We had a lovely stay at this cottage, well appointed and welcoming. The views of the lake and surrounding area are superb. Following a small quack on arrival, Philippe is sure to be accommodating which is very nice. Lots of things to see, things to do around the area.

This home with a beautiful garden is located in a rural village near Mont-Saint-Michel. There are cute cats and puppies as well as cows on the farm. Steven and his wife are both welcoming and responsive. It was an adequate and satisfying stay for our stay with young children!!

A pleasant stay at Pascale's, the accommodation is as described. The layout of the cottage makes it a very private place, and in good season the terrace and pool still need to improve the experience!

Excellent stay! The hosts are extraordinarily kind. The accommodation is very clean, the services excellent (heated pool, pool table, foosball, darts, board games, ping pong table, rackets, giant sandbox, swing etc...) a real paradise for children! We had booked the three gites as a family holiday with three generations getting together. It was perfect, with each of us having our own individual houses and plenty of outside space around each property so that we had some privacy from each other if we wanted it. The outside space worked really well and we were able to all eat together outside (Best place Jasmine cottage) whilst the two grandchildren (18 months and 8 years old) could run around safely and play with the various toys and have lots of fun and games together. The little one loved the train in Jasmine cottage especially. Although we had mixed weather we managed to visit St Malo, Arromanches, Avranches and the beach at Carolles and also got to relax/play in the pool. Thanks to Graham and Clare for giving us the chance to enjoy this time together.

Philippe's place is super well located and equipped. We came to Jullouville to celebrate Christmas with the family and this pied à terre was absolutely perfect for us. There was no shortage of things in the house. The little jar of honey made by Philippe was very nice for our arrival. We recommend 100% and will come back without hesitation

We had a very pleasant weekend with friends! The house is both spacious and friendly, and the surroundings are very quiet There are many activities about half an hour from the house The welcome is perfect, thanks again to our hosts!

We had a wonderful weekend at this house in Hauteville-sur-Mer! Quick communication, clean house and exactly as in the listing, in a paradisiacal location, foot in the sand, with an amazing sunset. The beds were comfortable (extra bedding for €20/person). The kitchen was well equipped, but no extra garbage bags. Clean bathrooms, but without toilet paper for replacement. The heater worked well, but the hot water only lasted one bath – it would be helpful to have guidance on it. The location is perfect for resting, with easy access and parking. Nearby markets and restaurants, but the car is essential. We highly recommend the stay! We only suggest that guests be informed of the need to bring toilet paper and trash bags. Overall a great experience and we would definitely repeat!

Really hidden gem in the heart of Suisse Normande. The house is perfectly suited for a family of 4 who wants to enjoy the village and its beautiful surroundings. We’ll come back.

We had a very pleasant weekend in Sylvie's accommodation which perfectly matched the description, we were hosted very well. Well-equipped and a nice decoration. A stone's throw from the beach and shops without using the car. Sylvie is a pleasant and responsive host. We recommend this property!

We had a great weekend with friends in this beautiful and large house. All the bedrooms are spacious, the sitting area is very nice, we could all be comfortably accommodated. The wood-burning stove was really nice too. The hand towel equipment in the bathrooms and the kitchen with dishwashing liquid, sponge etc. was a real plus to make it easier for us on a weekend. Thanks again to Janet and Lee for your trust and your basket filled with local products on arrival delighted us!

We had a pleasant stay in Normandy at Catherine's cottage. The calm and the walks to be done on foot are positive points. Catherine was welcoming especially with the special touch upon arrival. The cottage is comfortable and well-equipped, too bad for the 2nd shower (broken) but with some organization it was fine. We'll be back with pleasure. Recommended ++

Very nice cottage, much bigger than expected! A great garden and terrace, which we unfortunately could only use to a limited extent because of the weather. Fabien and Muriel are very good hosts, respond immediately to questions, very nice and helpful! We can recommend the place!

We had a great time in Pontécoulant. Our hosts were very welcoming. The cottage, comfortable and well-equipped, is in the heart of a very beautiful countryside. The area is simply magnificent.

Perfectly in line with our expectations. Large house that sleeps 12 with large bedrooms and common areas. A large open kitchen equipped to prepare food for 12 without difficulty. Beautiful exteriors as well. Thank you again for hosting us!

it was a pleasure to take back Marie's house, a few days, after spending more than a month there last year, Marie is very professional, her house is great , and the environment is excellent, I highly recommend, I will not hesitate to rent again when I am in big D in the area.
