Had a nice view of Mt Fuji. Place was spacious and clean.

We absolutely love this place! It has all the amenities that we need and it even has a lot of toys for our 2 years old to play. It’s spacious for the eight of us. We felt right at home. We would come here again. Great communication and quick response. Highly recommended.

It was really quiet and I was able to relax. The duck's parents and children were healed by the scenery in the river that can be seen on one side of the window. This time it was winter, so I baked and ate the ingredients of Chiba using superior iron plates (equipment) in the room.The rice cooked in a pot in the stove was always exceptional to cook in a rice cooker. The window glass was large, so I thought it was a little cold, but the heating worked well, so I didn't mind at all. I felt thoughtful of all the furniture, dishes, accessories, etc.And everything was lovely. As a private person, it was my first time using Airbie, but it was really good to stay here for the first time. Katsuura also has an ocean view villa, so I would definitely use it. Thank you for a truly wonderful experience.

Nice size apartment and very clean. Host provided very clear instruction. Location is within walkable distance to the nearest train station. Also very close to supermarket.

Everything is great. Pool is nice and room is clean. The only thing is that kitchen amenities is little limited. Maybe provide some more kitchen tools and amenities like paper towels. But overall everything is great.

This was my first time ever using Airbnb and I have to say it is an experience I’ll never forget. Juni was the most attentive, responsive, and friendliest host I could ask for. This was my first time traveling internationally and his advice and hospitality made me feel right at home. The price was unbeatable rivaling a capsule hotel while having an entire apartment to myself in a fantastic location close to a train station. If you’re debating on staying in a hotel or an Airbnb I highly recommend staying at K-Palace. Fantastic place, and a fantastic host!

Kasha was an incredible and kind host. She met us on the street and walked us to the property. She selected beverages and snacks for the children. She showed us how everything works and spoke to the children so they felt included as well. An amazing experience for our first several days in Japan. 10/10 Highly recommend. The space was clean and comfortable with everything we needed provided. Thank you for sharing your guest home with our family!
