bonjour Very nice house; well located on a very quiet street and 150m from the port, 30m from the shopping street. A small courtyard well equipped with garden furniture is at the back where one can rest in peace, store bicycles. The rooms are charming and the bedding is very comfortable. A small downside; in the living room 2 sofas are not very comfortable, they should be replaced according to the person who received us. Available, books, DVDs... In short, a nice stay. We'll be happy to go back if the opportunity arises. Friendships with Isabelle and Mne Heurtel who welcomed us very warmly.

We recommend Jean-Michel's Breton penty where we were hosted very well. Jean-Michel is very kind, accommodating and takes the time to give advice. The strategic location allows you to visit the gulf, the bay of Quiberon, the Ria d 'Etel without difficulty. The accommodation is typical of Brittany, well appointed and you will find everything you would need for a stay!

Very pleasant stay at Romain's place who is not a Superhost for nothing! Clean and comfortable accommodation, well heated and very well equipped. Recommended.

We had a great time. Ultra responsive host and impeccable hospitality with great tips for things to do and visit. We were able to do almost everything by bike from the house (Vannes, visit the Gulf, Chateau de Suscinio, shopping etc...) Stéphane's place is amazing. And so is Stéphane. Such a beautiful, spacious and bright place. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. And in an amazing location. We knew nothing about Quiberon. It's beautiful, with great shops and restaurants and an amazing beach, all within just a minute or two's walk from the house. And Stéphane's incredibly warm welcome made us feel instantly relaxed after a long drive. Couldn't have been better. Merci á vous, Stéphane.

We had a great time in this beautiful home. This place is very well organized and very nice. The location is perfect for visiting the surroundings, enjoying the beach and accessing the various shops. We were very pleasantly welcomed by the owner who took the time to advise us on activities and explain the surroundings. Communication was very smooth with quick answers to our questions during the stay. We'll be happy to go back!

we're so excited about our weekend in this home. We were able to walk to the valve center. The accommodation has a pleasant living room as well as a terrace where you can have a good time. We just had a problem with the sofa which was stuck and difficultly unfoldable, a bed would have been nicer to sleep. We recommend this place without a problem

Very nice house in a very good location for visiting the region. The environment is very relaxing and the sea is a 2-minute walk. Well-equipped house and comfortable bedding. Only one downside: the difficulty of adjusting the heating, and a slightly cool temperature despite the heat pump. I recommend this property!

We had four great days at Frédéric's. The place was great, the bedding was comfortable, and the perfect location in relation to the Palace. Note that a car is more convenient for the stay, but everything that was available in the accommodation was perfect.

Great stay in the heart of Le Pouliguen! It's all about walking, it's great! The house is decorated with great taste. Very clean when we arrived. We were 6 adults. The mezzanine ladder is not suitable for children or adults. You should also keep in mind that the bathroom is in a row from the master bedroom.

Accommodation rented for 3 couples, ideally located (beach at the end of the street and port as well as shops and restaurants at the other end) and very well arranged with these two bathrooms. Bike rental possible at the train station and bike path along the coast. We had a quiet weekend without the crowds of seaside resorts. For my part, to be repeated without moderation.

2 night stay in January for family 8 adults. Very good heating. Excellent location, charm from Auray to St Goustan, many high quality shops and lively harbor with restaurants. Quiet pedestrian street (vehicle access in front of the house before free parking nearby). "Family house" with lots of space, oak flooring, very cozy atmosphere, enclosed veranda and spacious rooms distributed over 2 levels. Impeccable sanitary facilities and extensive kitchen, well equipped for tasty preparations. All this helps to facilitate the meeting by maintaining everyone's autonomy, which we greatly appreciated. Excellent bedding. It is a very nice place with many assets that you have to discover on the listing page. We thank Stéphanie for her welcome, kindness and availability. Recommendation +++++ A good point in Auray, for the florist Stéphane and the pastry chocolate factory next door!
