We loved our stay! Beautiful lakefront property with amazing views located a nice walk away from our relatives on Spring Valley Lake. Very well-stocked house with everything we needed and more. Owners were responsive and flexible. We hope to be back.

Ivy Kirk Cottage is a definite do again. This home is one that you love “going home to.” Super clean, well equipped kitchen, smelled great, candles on timers, perfect deck with seating and fire pit and in the heart of downtown Pinehurst. A perfect stay.

Amazing stay ,when I tell you you’re at peace with nature this is the place to be .The house is very Cozy and very very quiet area.Pines trees and coffee amazing !!!!

Kari is an incredible host and has the perfect place to stay in Pinehurst if you are a golf fan and not staying on-prem at Pinehurst. Our foursome first stayed here in 2022, and when we decided to return to Pinehurst in 2024, unanimously agreed to come back to Kari’s A-Frame without looking anywhere else. The back deck has been upgraded to trex and supplies a great view of one of the greens on the #5 course - great place to enjoy a cocktail and watch approach shots coming in! We also noticed several other upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms, showing that Kari is the type of host to make upgrades over time. Can’t say enough good things, and we look forward to coming back when our annual trip brings us back to Pinehurst!

Jason was an amazing host! Thorough communication and response times were quick. House was great, the mattress at least in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. Highly recommend Jason and his home if you are in the area!

This home was perfect for a quick weekend getaway! It was easy to get to local places. Bri gave great restaurant suggestions. We look forward to returning.

Can't recommend highly enough! A cheerfully decorated, spacious, well -appointed home in a lovely, walkable neighborhood. Perfect for our group of six (three couples and a baby): large living room with lots of seating, plenty of bathrooms, excellent location in Pinehurst. Responsive host with minimal, simple instructions. Very easy to relax and enjoy our time together!

Cassie was a wonderful host. She had everything laid out and easy to use. We had a great stay. Would stay again if ever in the area. Don’t hesitate.

The place was perfect for my home away from home. The bed was so comfortable and nice walk in shower. Cozy fireplace for the cold nights. The TV is mounted above the fireplace and swivels so it's viewable from the loveseat or bed. Highly recommend !!!

Don't 2nd guess it! Just book it! This condo was perfect!!! Beautifully decorated& super clean! It was so nice to have a great kitchen to cook in with all that you needed!!! I had a wonderful stay at this condo in Pinehurst! It's just 2 miles from the village, making it easy to explore the shops and restaurants. I even braved the cold and walked to the Pinehurst Track Restaurant, which was a nice bonus. The pool would be amazing in warmer weather but walking down to the lake was equally relaxing. The condo was comfortable, clean, and well-decorated, offering everything I needed. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating, especially with my last-minute booking. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Pinehurst—great location, cozy atmosphere, and fantastic hosts!

Great place for my husband and I to stay while visiting family in the area and golfing. Eki was very communicative throughout the entire stay, and the community was a very peaceful area.

Our family (including dogs) had a good stay for a horse event at the harness track. Condo was conveniently located, clean and had everything that we needed, even forgotten toiletries! Megan was a great host and extremely responsive, especially when the husband couldn’t quite find the condo.

Ronda’s place was just as described in a nice peaceful neighborhood. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate and my stay was cut short. There were all the amenities you could need for your stay and the furnishings were comfortable. Ronda had great communication and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay with Ronda on my next trip to the area.

We stayed at the home to celebrate the holidays with a large family group spanning 4 generations (including 3 small children). The house is beautiful and the layout is great for large groups. It was also helpful to have a supermarket, coffee shop and an amazing playground around the corner.

This is a a unique manor home that retains its history and charm while also providing modern amenities and creature comforts. Perfect for large families or small groups. On the doorstep of world class golf courses and close to the quaint town of Southern Pines. Outstanding communications from the host, who also provides one of the best home and area guides upon check-in.

Lisa’s place in Pinehurst is a lovely place for a weekend stay, and the proximity to the village and golf courses is perfect for whatever you’re looking to do. Love the space and would highly recommend!
