Vacation rentals with a patio in Moonee Valley City

Mel is a super Superhost! My flight was in past midnight and she was like a ray of sunshine when she greeted me. Very lovely to deal, friendly and precise with her instructions. The apartment was a lot bigger than I’d imagined, so much space! Sparking clean, nicely decorated, great design and oh so comfortable. The most comfy bed for a blissful sleep and quiet! Perfect location for great cafes and restaurants, transport and the cinema! Brunetti’s cafe is literally steps away from the lift. Great coffee, breakfast, brunch, pastries and gelato. Luke’s the best Vietnamese outside Vietnam YUM!… is on Puckle Street just seconds away. Beautiful walking the streets of Moonee Ponds and the gorgeous old houses and gardens. There’s just so much to do and see! Thanks for having me Mel.

It was a struggle to find an apartment close to our workplace while also allowing pets, and luckily we found this place! It was very comfortable, the cozy space felt welcoming and clean. Our cats and us really took no time to get comfortable and the emergency snack bag was such a nice touch.

Such a lovely place to stay ! Even with the little one, we had enough space for our porta cot. The place was clean and was overall a good vibe for coming back after a long day ! Highly recommend

Loved staying here! I accidentally booked my original accommodation for the wrong month but I’m thankful I was able to book this spot last minute. The team had a quick response time + super helpful. The apartment is beautiful and conveniently in waking distance to trams and shops.

We had a lovely stay and very much enjoyed the pet friendly vibe. Melanie was super lovely throughout the booking and answered any questions we had immediately. A lovely welcome when we arrived and the private courtyard area for our puppy was perfect. The home was clean and very tidy, and the courtyard was perfect for relaxing. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to stay there again in the future!

Marilyn’s home was everything I’d hoped for and more. The home is a period home and in absolutely perfect condition. The decor makes the home a true home. Lamps in every room and separate lounge areas where you always had space to be in your own world, should you wish. There are many books to read and games to play. Loved the gifts found on arrival, they were much appreciated. Walking distance to Puckle Street with many restaurants, cafes and specialty stores. Verandas around the home, with seating, made for a lovely morning cup of coffee or tea. I highly recommend Marilyn’s home and would stay again if in the area. Thank you Marilyn

The house was in a great stop, right in front of a bus stop which was great for getting to and from the city. The check in instructions were very easy to follow and the house was lovely and great to stay in. Liam and the other host were very quick at responding and they were very nice, friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here

Trang was extremely helpful and responsive. She allowed an early check in and late checkout which was so helpful to me and my family. The house was well maintained and all amenities as described. I would recommend staying here and will return.

The inside was very nicely remodeled. Loved many of the upgraded touches. The lockbox was tricky to find and understand, I had just never seen one like it before. the outside of the property is a little rough, but the inside makes up for it.

Our party of 8 stayed 2 nights in Marios & Maries place, but we wished we had the week there. The house was immaculately clean on our arrival with everything you could possibly need including fully stocked spice drawer! The beds were hotel quality and the multiple bathrooms were perfect for our group. The pool was the stand out feature for us, so refreshing! Marios and Marie were very responsive and made the extra effort to ensure we had the best stay. We can’t wait to return.

My friends and I loved this place! Steven was a very accommodating host and the house was super tidy. The property is very close to local restaurants and public transport, also had an Aldi just walking distance away. Definitely recommend!

A great location within walking distance to Central Melbourne. The apartment is in a relatively quiet neighbourhood just across three street from a park and a full-size Woolworths, which was very convenient. The apartment was airy, spacious, quiet and well equipped, and the on-site pool and gym were great amenities. We would be happy to go back to Mary's place.

Deb and Rob's apartment is a stunning jewel in the heart of Melbourne, an excellent location at South Bank near the Yarra river. Many attractions can be reached walking or by public transport. Supermarket, bottleshop and great coffee place are opposite the apartment building. The apartment is modern, beautiful, well stocked with all amenities one would like to have. Everything works! Wifi is great, parking spot for the car was very much appreciated (and required for us). Deb and Rob are great hosts, always acting and reacting fast, clear and to the point. The apartment was beautiful and in a great location for sure. we loved the heritage building, the only thing that was a bit of an issue, specifically just for my family group was the accessibility a little bit. There is an elevator which is great, but you have to walk up or down a flight of stairs to get to it. Sadly that was not known when booking and would ordinarily not be an issue, but we had one of our travel members this time travelling had difficulty with the stairs. But other than that, it was fantastic. Would definitely book again!

Great place to stay, area itself felt safe and quiet. We loved the swimming pool too! Kid friendly and lots of things to do around the area. Highly recommended and will stay again.
