This home is such an amazing place to stay. Wonderful location, steps from the surf, amazing windows, so much natural light, amazing views from inside and the covered porch, comfortable furniture, beds. Truly one of the most memorable places. Cleaning staff and Karen are super attentive , responsive and nice. Thx you.

Due to an unfortunate issue with our original place to stay, we had to make a last minute pivot. We were so grateful to have found Richard’s place and his incredible hospitality. This place is toward the north part of the town, so it felt much less crowded and it was particularly quiet at night. All we heard were the waves and an occasional lizard on the roof! 😂 We cooked most of our meals at the property, and the kitchen setup worked great. The instant beach access was amazing, and the ability to come back and relax in the hammocks and at the table/couch area in the shade was also a giant perk. Maria cleaned the place each day, which was also a bonus and an example of their wonderful care. It’s located beside a cafe, which does mean more people nearby at times, but it also means quick access to food/drink. Aside from the first evening when a DJ was playing at the cafe (Sunday funday!), it was a quiet and peaceful place to relax and enjoy a beautiful location. Many thanks!

We had a great stay! The house is as described in the pictures. Some helpful things to know- bring your own toiletries, toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher pods etc. as there is a limited supply provided (2 rolls toilet paper and paper towel). The only thing supplied was hand soap, kitchen soap and garbage bags. Also, if you are picky about your bed sheets I would bring your own - the sheets on the beds are very old and pilly. There are quite a few small grocery stores in the area and many fruit stands to purchase food The home is a 1 min walk from a beautiful peaceful beach. The pool was cleaned daily Overall it was a wonderful stay. The best dinner place in the area is a short 5-7 min drive down the road to PEPEZ in Tambor - up a steep road but overlooking the entire ocean and surrounding The house is in a great location to explore if you have a vehicle. The host was very helpful and always responsive to messages. We will return

AMAZING! This place is beyond beautiful. The property is truly one of a kind. The level of service we received was absolutely above expectations. Felicitas greeted us when we arrived at the property, created a group chat, was always available for questions, and made sure we were accommodated in every way. There was a cleaning lady and maintenance man who kindly greeted us every morning. Felicitas facilitated all of our activities and excursions. Santa Teresa is a cute little town full of restaurants and bars to enjoy your time at. We shared the property with a family of monkeys, a raccoon, and some iguanas. Overall, our week was amazing and we can't wait to book again!

From start to finish, our stay at Casas Soleil was amazing. Our host, Soraya was very helpful in providing recommendations for surf rentals and excursions. She was prompt and responsive to any questions that arose. She even helped my husband arrange for the delivery of a delicious cake for my birthday which was on the day of our arrival! The home has everything promised in the description and was perfect for our family getaway. There was ample space in the home, plenty of towels for showering and for the beach, and the kitchen had all the essentials to cook meals when we didn't want to dine out. The location was even closer than we anticipated to the Beach which allowed us to have the best of both worlds - mornings spent walking to the beach after breakfast and many afternoons lounging by the pool before walking back to enjoy the sunset. We rented a car and drove to dinner most nights but there are ample restaurants nearby within walking distance. I highly recommend this rental!

¡Excellent stay! Air conditioning keeps the space cool and nice, adapting perfectly to the weather. The rooms and beds were spotless, the cleanliness is noticeable from the moment and it really makes you want to stay in the place. The bathrooms and washing area are equipped with shampoo, conditioner and soap, a very thoughtful detail that demonstrates care for guests' needs, even if one already brings their own products. The kitchen is super spacious and fully equipped, even with condiments, which greatly elevates the experience and proves that everything is designed so that nothing is missing. We notice that there are two Wi-Fi networks, which was a plus as the signal arrives well both inside the house and in the pool area. In terms of safety, it is excellent, which gives a feeling of tranquility and a very family atmosphere. The attention of the owners was remarkable

It is an incredible place, everything was according to what was indicated, it is a very complete and very well equipped place, they had more appliances than I thought there were, the whole house was air-conditioned and very clean and in the part of the kitchen there were very large fans that did not feel the heat, that part of the open kitchen and by the pool made our stay to enjoy as a family more united, since we could all be together, the beach is very close walking, everything very safe and very clean... We will definitely go back many times to this place, my family and I were delighted with the place so beautiful and the attention of Dustin and Donna Norma..... Undoubtedly we had an incredible holiday in this place, for us it was more than we expected and we have no complaints... Totally recommended

Stayed here for a few days with my family and we loved the house. Very clean, great pool, great layout. There is major construction happening next door though that was extremely disruptive. The construction was happening up high on the roof while we were there so workers were just watching us while we were at the pool, it felt very uncomfortable. We also found screws and nails that had fallen into the yard which was very concerning to my barefoot kids running around. I know it's not the fault of the airbnb but some more notice about the construction to future renters while it continues on would be very helpful.

Had a great time in Santa Teresa the home was clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning in the rooms were amazing and I really enjoyed spending time outside by the pool. Truly beautiful surroundings thanks again.

Very easy walk to the beach and great restaurants near by. The house was very good for cooking meals and clean good bathrooms and bed rooms!

Extremely beautiful place, private, aseado, there is a lot of tranquility, at dawn the macaws wake you up and it is a spectacle to see them flying around the condominium and above the house…. And what can I say about the deer you see at certain times…. Beach with a lot of security, clean and quiet, it is a very family atmosphere... we hope to return soon🥰

Rick and Karen's place was the perfect home for the two of us and and our two daughters. The layout is ideal, with two floors separating the living and sleeping spaces. The home is warm, clean, and tastefully furnished and decorated. We loved how safe and comfortable we felt within the secured community. It has a friendly, neighbourhood feel. The beach was clean and huge. The beautiful parrots, monkeys and deer made our experience all the more magical. We would love to return again!

This house is fantastic. We were expecting it to be nice and it’s even better in person. The pool is great, we had a friendly dog visit every morning and some monkeys near the end. The AC works well, the cleaning staff did a great job and everyone is very friendly. Stefanie was extremely helpful and responseive, she helped organize our car, ATVs, and any events we wanted to do if needed. Can’t say enough good about this experience and stay and will definetly be revisiting this property.

WOW. This is hand down my favorite Airbnb experience ever!!! This house is amazing. Loved everything about it. The INCREDIBLE view, the sound of the ocean. The scarlet macaws nesting outside, the amazing open living and kitchen space, the pool, the beds, all of it. We loved the forest drive and 4x4 hill, everything was great. Super peaceful yet a quick drive to town. First time staying in Mal Pais and we really loved being out of the action yet close enough to access everything the town and beaches have to offer. Jen was a fabulous host and gave us privacy but was responsive and ready to help at any question or request. Her restaurant recommendation list was EPIC. We can’t wait to come back!!! Thank you so much for such an epic stay.

As others have said the pictures don’t do this place justice. The views are stunning!! Waking up every morning with a view of the Pacific ocean and howler monkeys is a dream come true!! Access to the property is much easier than others we have stayed at. The road is well maintained but steep at points. We had a 4x4 but maybe not needed at all times of the year. The house itself is well stocked for cooking and very clean. The gardens are the best I’ve seen in my travels this far :) Yoga in the mornings coordinated by Pacific Azure was just what we need. Would stay again!

Wonderful stay a little away from the buzz of Santa Teresa. Just what I needed to combine work and leisure in the area. The host was very friendly and helped us settle. Loved the pool and the overall vibe of the Airbnb. Clean, modern, minimalist, yet we had everything we needed.

Very very cute place with an incredible amount of space and great access right to the sea. We stayed there for a lovely 3 nights. Cabuya is not very busy in itself, so the Airbnb is more like a little oasis if you want to be something for yourself I would say. It has everything you need: a sparse but sufficient supermarket (about a 10-15 minute walk away) and directly up the small street also a restaurant. We felt totally comfortable and were especially enthusiastic about the above-average equipment of the Airbnb. Great for getting down :) Jenny was also great, always within easy reach and very easy.

We absolutely loved staying here. The house is very welcoming and comfortable as well as easy to find and easy parking. Now, the view…that’s amazing!! We were able to relax and enjoy just being there. The outdoor area & pool are very well maintained as is the entire house. Will, the caretaker/concierge is super friendly, helpful and the owners are very lucky to have him as their representative. The beach and many great restaurants are a short drive away. We would most definitely love to rent this place again ❤️

The island house is great! Views from the patio morning, day and night are all fabulous! The last evening we stayed we were visited by a group of howlers only a few feet away in the trees right out the door and they gave us quite a show! The locals on the island were so friendly and the house has a spacious living area and kitchen. It is quite a thing to get there and the house is at the top of a hill which would be a challenge if you have bad knees, or troubles with walking in any way. But overall, the host was very friendly and responsive and willing to help any way I needed. And, being so close to the beach was a delight and my family very much enjoyed our couple of days.
