Our stay at this place was absolutely wonderful. From the first moment, communication with the host was excellent, always willing to help us with any questions or requests we had. It made us feel at home, giving us local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed to make the most of our visit. The place itself is stunning. It is spacious, modern and decorated that reflects a perfect balance between comfort and style. Each corner is thoughtfully designed to offer a unique and relaxing experience. The rooms are spacious, with super comfortable beds, and the common areas are ideal for spending time with family or friends. The cleanliness is impeccable and everything is in perfect condition. Most noteworthy is the feel of spaciousness and comfort the place offers. We felt right at home from the first minute, and every day it was a real pleasure to come back after our activities.

The pocitos neighborhood was perfect. A bus on a street corner took us to the old town, the apartment is on the corner of La Résistance bakery which is excellent (closed on Mondays) and very close to a grocery store and fruit shop. There is a market on Sundays at Parc Rodo which is near and in front of the apartment on Wednesdays. We are also walking distance from Ramirez beach with its wonderful sunsets. In short, it's a great base camp to discover Montevideo. The apartment is very well equipped and you feel like you are at a friend's place.

Without words, the attention of Eduardo and his wife is excellent, to that by adding how beautiful the house is really without words. The house just like the photos, clean, well organized. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies, foreign exchange houses, veterinarians, restaurants; the nearest beach is 5 min away, but if they go with children, but if they go with children you have to respect the traffic lights so the nearest beach would be 15 minutes away. Accommodation in a beautiful, super quiet and safe park neighborhood. It's just minutes from the airport 👌🏻 Nearby has good and varied gastronomic offer. thank you so much for everything.

We had 4 adults stay comfortably in this wonderful home! It is located in the Pocitos neighborhood with plenty of things within walking distance. The beach is about a 15 minute walk away and quite lovely to visit. Emi and Martha were such wonderful and communicative hosts! They allowed us to check in early and check out late to better fit our flight schedules. They also gave some great restaurant and shopping suggestions! Be aware, if you enjoy cooking, the kitchen was only stocked with the basics for cooking. We definitely were able to make it work though. We went to restaurants for most of our meals. Also, if you have a preferred pillow, you may consider bringing it. I wasn't a fan of the pillows there, but I was able to still able to make it work. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay, and I will certainly consider staying again for future trips to Uruguay!

We loved to stay in this place. Very comfortable for a family of 4, 2 adults a toddler and a baby. Alejandro was our host, he was very thorough during the check in, making sure he gave us all the details about the property. Him and Maria Jose helped us with an early check in after we asked for this. The property was located in a wonderful area, with everything nearby, from restaurants to supermarkets, the beach and play parks. We will certainly consider to book this again for our next visit.

We went to my lady for a few days, we had an excellent time, Mary was very quick to respond and was very kind. The accommodation is better than in the photos, the location is very good, a block away is the super, ice cream, pharmacy. Two blocks away is the beach. The area is quiet. I was with the van parked outside without problems.

Maria's apartment is very nice, as described in the ad, besides being located in an excellent neighborhood of Montevideu (Pocitos), very quiet near the waterfront, cafeterias and supermarket. Maria is a super accessible, friendly person, gave several tips and promptly answered our questions. I recommend Maria's apartment.

We had a fantastic stay at Marcelo’s apartment! The space is exactly as described - bright, spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The views toward the Casco Histórico were lovely, and the north-facing bedrooms were filled with sunlight all day. Everything from the kitchen appliances to the mattresses felt high quality and well thought out. The location was perfect - just half a block from the sea and within easy reach of great neighborhoods and public transport. Marcelo was an amazing host: kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. It was reassuring to know he was nearby and always available for anything we needed, from local tips to help navigating the city. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Montevideo!

It was a nice place to stay with my husband and daughter! It is a safe place in Montevideo. A lot of things to do around it! We had a nice service in terms of the janitor and the person in charge of the apartment👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻🥰

Nacho was a very responsive host! The place is well kept with the essentials and the doormen of the building were always courteous. We were able to use the jacuzzi on the top floor, which also featured a great sunset view. The views from the unit are top notch in this quiet neighbourhood. There is always some activity to watch on the beach below during the day - kite surfing, wind surfing, beachgoers, paddleboarders, and sailboats. Quiet neighbourhood that matches the peaceful ambience of Montevideo. Has decent amenities nearby - bakery, grocery store, pharmacy.

the apartment is great and very well located. She always served me very well by quickly answering the questions. I had a one-off problem with the cleaning of the minibar but she promptly stepped up to fix it. The only negative point is that parking near the car is very difficult during the day. After 5pm it is very quiet to park. The apartment is very nice and the kitchen linen is also very nice.
