Highly recommendable. Close to excellent bike trails, 10’ by car from the beach. Phenomenal views and easy access to beautiful surroundings. Ideal for a small family. Christelle was superhelful.

The villa is breathtaking and beyond expectations. Jean met us on arrival and is very welcoming and friendly. It has everything you need and more. The outdoor area is really nice to relax in and the pool is great and very refreshing. If you have a car there is plenty of room and very secure with electric gates. The local area has plenty of restaurants and fast food takeaways and just half an hour walk and you're in the centre which I would say is typically French with lots of really good restaurants and cafés and a really pleasant place to enjoy some top dining. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa.

We spent 3 days with the family in this condo and were very agust. The village is very quiet and there are many excursions to approach.

Second stay at Pauline's, we particularly appreciate the terrace and the outdoor kitchen, not overlooked, we enjoy each meal from cooking to the plancha. The air conditioning in the house is efficient, the rooms spacious. In short, we are well!

Listing is as described. Very functional, nothing was missing for us (there were 6 of us adults), very clean in a very quiet subdivision. Our friends join me in thanking Aude for a lovely stay. We were able to visit the surroundings and take beautiful walks. I recommend

Spacious and well located house in the city, all shops nearby, easy to park (free). Very well equipped with air conditioning in every room. The small private garden is great with pool and summer kitchen. 10 min from beaches

Great value for money, very kind and responsive host. Impeccable accommodation with all the necessary furniture. A very convenient back kitchen. Only small "downside", little storage for 6 adults but apartment very well arranged to allow you to have enough space to leave suitcases open. Close proximity to the port and shops as well as the supermarket, little distance from the beach and parking space very easy to find. We would recommend it in a second.

A short one-night stopover with Gregory and his wife. A nice apartment, with a nice view and accompanied by a balneo bathtub. Self welcome but we had the pleasure of meeting Gregory when we left. Thank you for the stay and maybe see you soon ☺️

No complaints about the accommodation, all the amenities are of quality (hobs, oven, fridge, ...). Air conditioning is a big plus compared to the temperatures we had. Mounaa advised us of excellent visits and we were greeted by Nathalie who was efficient and available. The accommodation is well located, walking in the pine forests, near a beautiful pond. I would highly recommend it.

The location couldn’t have been better: you’re just a stone’s throw away from a couple of the major attractions in Perpignan, as well as the tourist office. The apartment felt more spacious than it looks in the photos, to me at least. It’s very clean and tastefully decorated and there’s lots of natural light making it feel welcoming and comfortable. Matthieu is very rapid in his responses and easy to communicate with. I recommend this place without any hesitation!

The accommodation is perfect and clean, the courtyard it offers is important and it's a real plus in this area where it's very hot. It comes with a hot tub that allows you to relax. The hosts are very welcoming and the place is well located for visiting the area. It is located about 15 -20 minutes by car from the nearest beach. It's also tastefully decorated, which brings a real plus. As for parking there are two free car parks close to the rental: one which is right in front of the house and the other a few meters away. I had no problem parking. And for those who would hesitate because it is not equipped with air conditioning, the apartment is on two sides one that overlooks a very quiet street and the other on the courtyard which makes for a very pleasant draught, which is much better than an apartment with air conditioning but without a courtyard. I recommend it.

Thank you to Christine and Pierre for their welcome, their kindness and all the good information ( restaurant nearby) to spend this 3-day weekend in their cottage with a magnificent view of the sea. Very well-equipped cottage and good bedding. Beautiful sunrise if you bother to get up a little early. The coastal path that passes at the foot of the cottage is a plus .dix minutes walk to stock up on food. Recommended without moderation

Our 10 days at Cécile went very well, she is very responsive, good advice and welcomed us on really flexible schedules which allowed us to make the most of it! We only stayed at Olivier's place for 3 days, but we will keep his address in the prospect of a future stay in Argeles because his apartment is very comfortable and well equipped in a small quiet residence that has the advantage of having a location to park the car . In a very urbanized area, it's appreciated!
