The house is very nice, clean and equipped with everything you need. We were in two families and we were very comfortable in the townhouse. Each room has mosquito nets, and air conditioning, the outdoor space is equipped with a table and armchairs for dinners or breakfasts. The village has a shared pool and a tennis court.

Judith’s place was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. The place itself is more beautiful than the photos and it’s a great place to relax and enjoy peaceful time. Me and my family of 6 had a great time. The place is also a great spot to explore south of Italy. We traveled from Lecce to Amalfi coast very conveniently. Both houses are full with thoughtful details. Swimming pool is amazing. Definitely recommended. Also Vittoria who helped us to check in is super nice.

What more could we have asked for in a romantic weekend getaway?! Marilisa and Raffaele are amazing hosts who had everything prepared for our arrival. They were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs and wants. Located about 30 minutes away from Matera and about 50 minutes from Taranto, Laterza is the perfect mid point for a mountain/beach weekend. If you don’t want to travel much outside the area, Laterza itself is a beautiful city to soak in as well. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay here again!!!

Had a very nice stay for the duration of 5 days. Upon arrival you will already be greeted by the cheerful and helpful Giancarlo. Don't hesitate to ask him for help/information. The stay gives you everything you need: a nice bed to sleep on and a clean bathroom to shower in. It is quiet at the location and is a little short distance from more experience. From this location you are only an hour away from several beautiful places such as: Ostuni (1h+-) Monopoli / Polignano a Mare (45m) Matera (45m) Alberobello / Locorotondo (+-30m) A recommended location for your stay in southern Italy!

Nice place in an old town, within walking distance of downtown. You have to be good at walking. In the house there are two flights of stairs, one of which is reasonably stylish. Breakfast is simply perishable croissants, biscuits and 2 types of cake (but tasty) this is ready upon arrival for the days you booked, in our case 2 nights. Furthermore, 2 types of juice and milk. We found the bed on the hard side. The house is a great place to explore the surroundings. Breakfast on the balcony in the morning is wonderful with the sunshine.

One of our favorite stays in Italy so far. Matera is such a magical place and this home made it even more magical. Very friendly hostess, and the breakfast each morning plus snacks left for us was such a nice touch as well. The view from both balconies is just incredible. Can’t recommend enough ♥️

This location is perfect to begin your exploration of Matera! It’s right down the street from a piazza, some wonderful cafes and just steps from a fantastic restaurant. We walked all through this magical ancient city and this may have the most spectacular views in the entire city, from the living room, upstairs and bedroom. It’s unbelievable, and we got to watch the city come alive first thing in the morning and go to sleep at night. The place is spacious and comfortable. We had a couple of meals in and felt like we could easily live here! The shower might be the best in any place we’ve stayed. Hint: it helps to ring the bell on the front door when checking in.

Newly renovated apartment, cozy and comfortable. There were 2 of us, but there are 4 people. We were greeted in person by Giovanni who was very caring and helpful. The beaches of Policoro can be reached in about 20 minutes by car, Matera in about an hour. Great place to visit the places of interest in the area. Recommended!

A well presented property typical of its location. Very comfortable and adequately specified for our stay. The location is perfect for exploring the Sassi and its surrounding areas. Owner was responsive and always helpful. Would happily stay again and recommend.

Place is super cute and has all amenities. All major sites are 30-50 minutes away. Nice and quiet town, not much to do but walk to small piazzas, lots of restaurants and cafes. Very clean and comfortable we enjoyed fully. Hosts are very available and friendly.

Amazing location, easy to get to. would recommend putting the address in google maps, not apple maps, as apple maps is less accurate in Matera's streets in general

Gianlorư describes the house as comfortable in the listing, but it's just a testament to his class. The house is nothing short of perfect. An authentic experience of immersion in the peace of the Apulian countryside. The farmhouse is beautiful, very well-kept and equipped with anything you might need during a vacation. Gianlorenzo is an exquisite guest, helpful, but never intrusive. Upon arrival, he welcomes you with the family and also provides you with what you need for the first day, so you don't even have to go shopping as soon as you arrive. Dogs are very good and very well trained, they never disturb you and pamper you pet therapy that increase relaxation (pet a lot, given the size). Thank you so much to Gianlorenzo and family for the wonderful experience.

Four of us came to see our grandparents village: for our first time visit Miglionico was charming and told us enough of what we wanted to know. But the village and the location is just so beautiful. I am selfishly grateful that it is not so touristy and that people make me use Italian. I always felt safe. I expect to return again hopefully with my daughter and hopefully to Grazia’s accommodation.

Maria Gabriella and Luigi were unparalleled for kindness, hospitality and courtesy. They are two special people with rare qualities these days... The house was perfect - we really felt like we were at home. Pisticci was a beautiful surprise and is a fantastic place from every point of view; just what we were looking for to spend a week relaxing. We'll definitely be back for a longer term holiday.

Anna and her husband were just wonderful! They made us feel right at home! They helped us with a super late check in because we were driving from another city! I wish we could spend at least a week on this place! Whoever decide to stay on Anna’s place will be more than pleased!

Our stay at Mary's place was very pleasant. The welcome was warm and friendly. The comfort and warmth of the apartment really made us feel at home. The atmosphere is welcoming, simple with a beautiful style. We didn't miss anything! We'd be happy to come back;)

It was a wonderful New Year's Eve lived in the White House. Mary and Claudio are super friendly and available from arrival to give us various directions and suggestions ( also to find the accommodation itself). Staying inside the historic center ( Sassi) of Matera is a privilege and doing it in a house in such excellent condition, very clean and with a kitchen so equipped with various utensils was perfect . We were able to spend a beautiful New Year's Eve with our puppy 🐾 Gianni and the couple of our Canadian friends. Thank you again! Super Recommended 😊 If we come back, I'll definitely look for this living solution again.

We spent a lovely week in this spacious, tranquil apartment with fantastic views (especially from the kitchen and the narrow balcony off of it). The place is ideally located on the upper part of one of the sassi, making it convenient to restaurants, banking, and to the mercato, food stores and bakery (on Via Ascanio Persio) for self-catering. At the same time, it is tucked away so it is quiet and private. We loved that all the windows and doors (except the front door) had insect screens so we could leave them open. A note that the front terrace is shared with two other apartments, so is not private. Roberto is super responsive and helpful.

Everything is perfect! You could see the attention to detail to make your stay wonderful! To be absolutely done again!
