Great spot near the ocean. A short walk to the beach. Beautiful house that was well kept. A wonderful place to stay.

This was a very last minute type of reservation, for a single night. Zero regrets! Can’t beat the location - steps from the amazing views and trail walk which allowed us to ride the bikes and get to aquarium without any parking stress. The house itself is lovely with well-thought out space usage and plenty of amenities. Having the downtown 2mins from the house was also an advantage for us. We were sad to have to leave this beautiful piece of paradise.; hosts allowed for a 30min later checkout, which we appreciated quite a bit traveling with a toddler. Looking forward to coming back already!

This is a gem in the area. It is located at the beach with beautiful surroundings and you can also get a ebike to ride around for free. Lovely vacation choice and would recommend to others.

This is a beautiful home inside and out - from the garden to all of the living spaces and bedrooms. Comfy beds, great kitchen, cozy blankets, and plenty of space. Plus, we could hear the waves from the porch! Perfect for our weekend away. We'll be back!

Danka’s home in Moss Landing is beautiful! This home was able to accommodate 9 people well, with some even opting to sleep on the comfy couch. The bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels, and the shower pressure was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking ware and utensils, and the dishwasher was l effective. The instructions to check-in and check-out were clear, and the security guard at the community’s gate was welcoming and accommodating. The internet speed is slower relative to bigger cities, but we were able to stream football games on the TV and use our phone data to keep in touch with loved ones. The home had private access to the beach that was quiet and peaceful for New Year’s Eve. We were able to spend the last day of 2024 on the beach under the stars!

This place is as beautiful as advertised. Very quiet, exclusive gated community with beautiful surroundings and an amazing stretch of beach. The house is very well appointed with high end linens, bedding and bathrooms. The home is stocked with whatever you need, very well organized. Deb was very responsive and my daughter made me promise to book this home again.

We had a fabulous time here and we will be back again. The location at the beach cannot be beat and the view from the upstairs primary bedroom is stunning. Everything was clean and comfortable, and every need was provided for - throws and blankets, beach towels and chairs, games, etc. We really appreciated the wine and cheese welcome gift. Communication was excellent - if we had any question, the host company responded immediately. The people at the gate were friendly and didn't treat us like outsiders. Our family loved every minute of our stay!

Fantastic secluded condo community. The unit is right on the beach with a big picture window looking out on the Pacific with ever-present sounds of the surf. One of the best places for a quiet family vacation. Monterey/Cannery Row/Aquarium are only a 20-munite drive. Would stay there again.

We absolutely LOVED our mini vacation to Monterey with our family!! The views from the rental were breathtaking and the sound of the waves was so soothing. We made ourselves right at home at this cozy place. We loved being able to walk down to the beach with our kids. We enjoyed day trips to the aquarium and paddle boating. The kitchen was fully stocked and the host even provided some delicious snacks!! We would love to come back here sometime.

We stayed at Biff’s place for one week in the beginning of August. As the beach house in the Monterey Dunes Colony is administrated centrally, the communication with the host was kept to a minimum. All the information needed were given in advance online and in a packet at the gate. That was absolutely okay for us. We enjoyed the beautiful landscape, the colourful sand dunes and the feeling of having a private beach directly in our backyard (10 seconds walking distance). The beach is wide and at no time too busy – ideal for playing with kids. However, there are some restrictions, e.g. flying a kite is forbidden due to the protection of squeakers. This Airbnb is really nice, clean, comfortable and well equipped, however some more tableware and cutlery would have been great. The whole interior design is made with love (e.g. the huge and cute teddy bears in the children’s room), so that everyone can feel like being at home. The view from the living room/one bedroom is stunning.

Beautiful view of the ocean. Peaceful location and right on the beach. We enjoyed being able to walk directly from the condo to the beach. We were able to enjoy some sunny beach days in December!The condo was perfect size for our small family. It was clean and had everything thing we needed like pots, pans, cooking utensils, and plenty of shower towels and extra blankets. We look forward to visiting again.

Amazing stay, very responsive and proactive host, the house is even more beautiful in person, the pictures don’t do it justice. I will be recommending it to all my family and friends who plan a visit to the area.

Although it was raining and could not use outdoor sitting at all, it didn't stop us from enjoying beach and spectacular sunsets through clouds !! Just Amazing! We were happy with our stay for 2 nights. Great spot, great location, you can see the ocean from the window. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Very clean and pleasant inside. The bed was super comfortable so we got some good sleep. The hot tub was nice and hot. Really cool bathroom design on the walls. Love that they provided robes and other thoughtful touches. It did get chilly but the space heater helped. Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper because you can hear the people upstairs but it wasn’t a big deal for us and it’s understandable. Would recommend this place to others.

Perfect retreat with absolutely *stunning* views of the beach. We cherished our time watching sunsets and sunrises from the balcony while listening to the sound of the waves. Easy beach access made it the perfect place to go for a nice long walk. Access via the gate was secure and seamless. Would love to stay here again. Cannot recommend enough!

Excellent location, nice clean home, simple process, helpful host! This is why AirBnb works. Great spot literally right by the beach. You’re walking in the sand in less than 2 minutes. Very walkable and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed walking up and down the beach looking at all the beautiful homes and watching the waves crash. The fresh ocean air from the deck of the home smelled so good and the house is very comfortable for a weekend getaway. Would definitely come back and I really appreciated that the hosts were very clear with directions. I didn’t contact them during my stay because I didn’t have to! It was simple to get in and everything worked as it should. Simple. Clean. Professional. 5 stars!
