Charming and peaceful place to stay with amazing view and large rooms. We generously received an upgrade to a larger apartment. Very helpful and friendly hosts. We're grateful for everything and looking forward to visit again.

Nice apartment and beautiful view!! There is a Beach Bar on the ground floor so music and buzz can be heard from balcony and at night. But it was cozy.

We had a great time staying at filip’s place. Its in the middle of a friendly street, and only 15 minutes walk to the center and the walk near the sea is beautiful. There is a beautiful balcony with a great view. And before our stay filip helped us with recommendations, and his father greeted us to the place. We like herceg novi very much and like to stay there.

We had a wonderful stay for 3 nights. Kotor Bay is the place to stay if you don't lik to stay at Busy Old Town. The rising sun and the beauty is fascinating. I used the terrace for Morning Yoga with rising sun on one side coming over across the bay and then the mountains on other side. Teh house has pretty much everything you need for a short stay. Any small thing the owner is more than willing to provide. Property is 20 mins decent and easy walk to Old Town. Supermarket Aroma right at the corner of street. The street is one way, you got to find a parking on First come first serve basis. There is nothing reserved. Its free parking. But the owner is very kind and nice and he pulled his car to make room for ours when the entire slots were gone. Pluck Lemons from his trees and make fresh lemonade. Cats are everywhere so my daughter had lovely playful time making new friends. On the whole 5/5 .

A very nice accommodation with a great large terrace , lounge corner and beautiful view of the sea and castle. We can highly recommend!

Amazing hosts, incredible stay! Staying at Marko and Anže’s place was an absolute dream! The beds were super comfy, which made it so easy to recharge and enjoy every moment of our trip. Anže and his girlfriend were the kind of hosts you hope for – always there with helpful tips, quick to respond, and so trusting, they really made us feel at home. Thanks to them, we had the best experience in Montenegro. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend!

Dijana& Mladen's place was in the perfect location, very close to Kotor and another beautiful little towns. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the best was to relax after dark in the terrace the views to the bay from the apartment were incredible. The instructions and responses from our host were always precise and with fast responses and most important very comfortable night sleeps.

We had a lovely few nights in Kotor. Irena was a great host, giving us very clear instructions and a number of recommendations. A few of the local bars and restaurants were not open at the start of the week but were gradually opening for the season as the week went on, which meant that we could walk to and from old town whilst stopping off for food and drinks on the way. The view from the apartment was spectacular, and the whole space was spotlessly clean throughout.

Oleg was a wonderful host! We stayed in his villa for a few days. The villa is located in a beautiful, quiet place with a wonderful view of the sea. The local beach is 200 meters from the house, which is very convenient. There is a supermarket and several cafes and restaurants nearby. Oleg, thank you for the welcome! We will come to you again!

We have spent over 10 days in Andrijana’s house and absolutely enjoyed it! It has fantastic views, amazing pool and private access to beach/ bay with a shower to rinse off salty water. Outdoor area has barbecue spot with big table and chair for sun bathing. House itself has everything that you would need for comfortable stay, every room has air conditioner so even in hot nights we were getting perfect sleep. Surroundings are great with several restaurants with local food, bars and shops. Great location! Andrijana was very communicative, friendly and helpful. Self check-in was flawless. Overall amazing experience and we really enjoyed our stay in Andrijana house. Absolutely would come back for more!

It was a great place to stay in the bay of Kotor. It is close to lots of good locations and very convenient as we had a car. The location is beautiful and close to the sea with shops and restaurants close by. The property itself was very modern and clean and comfortable to stay there.

We felt at home at Sabina's. She was always there for you and gave helpful tips. We were in the low season, which we saw as a great advantage, no more party mile, very much to the advantage for people who like it a little quieter, the beaches are beautifully empty. Great location—right on the water with a private pier and amazing views. The house is renovated, with AC/heating, a proper kitchen, and bathrooms. No moisture issues, which is rare for a waterside home. However, some furniture feels mismatched, like it was brought in from elsewhere, and there are strange design choices—why six TVs? The place lacks some upkeep: the couch and outdoor cushions are worn out, and the umbrella needs replacing. Might be due to off peak season as we stayed early-Apr. The house is built from slate stone, which crumbles on its own. This leaves small stone flakes all over the floors (yes, even in beds). You can hear them hit the wooden floor at night—some pieces are nearly an inch big. Also, the house is a bit dark due to small windows—not a flaw, just something to know if you love natural light. Despite everything, we extended our stay from 3 nights to 6—it’s still much better than most of the places in the area. The host is very friendly and responsive.

We came to Montenegro and here for 3 weeks home office so-called workation. And this place was our last stop. We felt right at home, it's super spacious, the outdoor area is fantastic, the direct access to the water is incredibly beautiful. The Internet went out at some point and Anne immediately sent someone over with a SIM card so we could continue working without any problems. It was just perfect and the perfect end to our trip. Directly opposite was a small shop where there was everything you needed, so we didn't leave this place for a week. Highly recommended!

I loved my week's stay here. The house contained everything I needed and felt like a home from home. The view straight out to the sea is stunning and the location is ideal. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes plus a great supermarket within a few mins walking distance. Tijana couldn't have been more responsive or helpful. A superb host!

Isabella is a great host! She is very nice person, responsive, giving local recommendations and advises. She even went above and beyond and picked us up from the bus station. Her place is in quiet neighbourhood, tidy, very comfy, with all that you need for short as well as for longer stay. Beautiful rocky beaches (public and wild) within walking distance (approximately 10-15 minutes walk). Little bit uphill to the grocery store, but manageable. I do recommend Isabella's place!

Place and hosts are very nice, will come back for sure!
