This was a great stay in a fantastic location, conveniently situated near shops and restaurants. The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Lee was an excellent host, always responsive and ready to assist with any questions. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free stay in the area!

An amazing stay, 5 stars without a doubt. The location is perfect, situated in a very peaceful area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The accommodation had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions we had. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway. My family and I are extremely happy with the experience. Oliver was proactive from the moment of booking. The house was easy to find with private back entrance. Place was clean and bedrooms were in order. Plenty of towels for our stay. 3 block walk to Monrovia center and pleasantly surprised to see a street festival every Fri night with food trucks and many vendors. Restaurants a plenty also. We had a great time and will definitely be booking again if in the area.

Lovely stay at Amanda’s place - great location to walk to local restaurants- we were visiting the Fairplex and again so close to get there. House is cosy and warm- Amanda was great in putting on lights and heating as we were delayed and got there late. Mike’s Airbnb felt like a warm hug from the moment we arrived! We stayed during a high wind warning, but the house has a generator, so we had power while others didn’t, staying cozy and comfortable the whole time. The kitchen is gorgeous, with a spacious open floor plan and high-end KitchenAid appliances—cooking while watching the inauguration was such a special memory. Every detail in the house is so well thought out, from the adorable salt and pepper shakers on the table to the beautifully decorated rooms. The handwritten cards scattered throughout the home were such a sweet touch—it felt like your grandma had left little notes just for you! The smart lock made it super easy to come and go, and the big driveway was a great bonus. Plus, the location is close to everything. Mike has truly created the perfect mix of luxury, charm, and comfort. I can’t recommend it enough!

Her HOME Was sooo amazing it felt like a cottage in a dream paradise!!! Clean so well put together and the whole house had a positive vibe!!!! I’m a nursing student and my team all belt good!!!! I would love to buy a home in the area if I could ….LOVE IT!

Jihan and Meredith were excellent hosts! Their property was very nice and clean, had an amazing back yard with a great fire pit, and they left us some snacks and a very kind card as well! If we plan on returning to L.A. (which we likely will) this would be our first choice for sure!

I stayed at Adrien’s beautiful spot after I was displaced from my apartment and my mom lost our childhood home in the Eaton Fire. Adrien’s place provided me the perfect little escape from the intensity of what we had just undergone and allowed me to seek refuge and start to rebuild my life. Her space is incredibly pet friendly and allowed my cat to finally be at ease and relax. I felt very safe in her home and found Adrien to be the most responsive, warm, and generous host which was hugely comforting to me during such a challenging moment in my life. I’m incredibly grateful to Adrien for creating such a welcoming safe haven and would encourage anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and relaxation to stay in her beautiful casita!

I entered the Airbnb in the immediate aftermath of the Altadena fire. The hosts were responsive and showed concern for my family's welfare and comfort. They were very empathetic and wanted to be sure we were safe. I appreciated that as well as the comfort of their home. Remarkably, they still had an air filter that was ready for use when many other rentals have put it away. I loved having a full kitchen and good pots and pans. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. I appreciated every detail they put into this unit. Top notch in every way!

Book Kim’s place!!! Don’t think, just book! This was such a fantastic spot for our family trip to the LA area. The unit was very comfortable for our family of 4. We were coming to town for Disneyland and beach time, and we also visited the Aquarium of the Pacific which was very close to Kim’s place. Kim lives on-site so it was wonderful to chat with her and her husband multiple times during our stay. They made sure we were well taken care of. The location was easy for access to LAX as well as a quick drive to Disneyland. The beach was pristine and essentially a private beach as other reviewers have said. The patio is right on a beautiful boardwalk. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and easy to find a place to park. We come to the area about once a year and this was by far our favorite place we’ve stayed. We will be back!! Thanks Kim for a wonderful stay!

i enjoyed my stay at darla's airbnb! walkable distant to the beach, lots to do in the area. darla was helpful when i had questions, even spoke with her briefly in person and she was very friendly (and so were her dogs!) will consider staying again in the future! (:

Klaudia was a great host, responsive and open to assist with any questions throughout our stay. We felt at home and found parking around the corner which is not too far from the complex entrance . Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe . I really like the fact that the 7/11 is steps away .

They were quick to respond to any problems at check-in, and entry into the room was smooth. The room was very nice and the location made for a good stay in Los Angeles.

Great hosts with thoughtful amenities in the condo. The place is a converted warehouse so thin walls and noise can heard in the hallways and neighbors. Amazing view from the living room. Neighborhood can be sketchy at night, but if you need to stay near the LA Live area/Convention Center/Crypto Arena, hard to beat!

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

Great stay in DTLA. Would stay again! Place was very clean and has a beautiful view of the City. The description was accurate and the host was very helpful during the our stay.

Shant was very accomodating and very easy to get ahold of if we had questions. And there were lots of food options close by. The Mexican place next to the apartment building was so good and there’s also a nice coffee shop and nice sit down restaurants in walking distance. We were only a 9 min drive from our convention. So lyfts were affordable and we kept our car safely in the airbnb parking garage and saved so much on parking. The bed super comfy with tons of extra blankets and towels. He even had a brita so I didn’t have to buy gallons of water. It is a full kitchen so you can cook and save money. Plus there’s options for coffee and tea there.

Miguel's apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay and Miguel was an attentive, friendly host. There was great communication before our trip with very clear instructions for check-in, which was super easy. Miguel even sent us a message a few days into our stay to ask if everything was OK and if we had any questions. The apartment itself was even better than the photos. Very spacious and beautifully decorated and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with kit for cooking. And we even had dinner on the little balcony one evening when we felt like staying in. There were also nice little touches, such as the air conditioning having been turned on prior to our arrival and there was even some lovely jazz music playing softly in the living room when we got there. Additionally having parking nearby for our car was great, as parking in Long Beach can be tricky. My husband and I are planning another trip to Long Beach next year and hope to book again.

This unit is perfectly located in the Belmont area of Long Beach. Restaurants and bars, beach, Vons grocery, everything was within walking distance and kept things very convenient
