Family-friendly vacation rentals in Montargil

Rita's place was the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. We stayed with 8 adults & it was very comfortable for all. This place has everything you could need for your stay including a full kitchen with all equipment, several spacious double bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds, air conditioning in each room, there was a beautiful back garden area with a swimming pool, sun loungers and a long table for meals outside. We spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor space. There was also a fantastic barbeque outside which we made use of and made lovely group dinners. The games room downstairs was an amazing touch and we had such fun using it. The location here was brilliant, it was about a 7 minute walk to the supermarket and lots of restaurants and the beach. Everything you need closeby! We would highly recommend booking this place in Ericeira if you are planning a trip there. Communication with the host was perfect, we will be back! Great location at the heart of Sintra. The apartment is tastefully decorated and well-furnished. Guest should be aware that there is no parking nearby during day time and that the stairs to the apartment inside the house are very steep.

João’s lovely home was perfect for us! The house itself was everything we had hoped it would be - absolutely lovely with plenty of room to relax alone or with the family. We took advantage of the tennis court, the sauna, and the pool. The master bedroom was also amazing with its sitting area and outside (furnished) veranda. Although it was in a quiet area, the house was close to two supermarkets as well as the fine restaurants of Sesimbra. I would highly recommend João’s home and would definitely stay again whenever we are in Sesimbra. Thank you, João!

This is my third time staying here. The flat is extremely convenient, being close to bus stops, a subway station, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. It is fully equipped with all the necessary furniture and appliances. Thanks to close communication with Jorge, I had a comfortable and worry-free stay this time too. I sincerely appreciate his support and hospitality. I would like to recommend this flat to everyone. I am looking forward to repeating my stay here in the near future.

This apartment is absolutely beautiful! It is well-situated and you can walk or take a short ride to most anywhere in Lisbon. The apartment was appointed with everything we needed and was clean upon arrival. Sandra was incredible! She was ready to accommodate any request and was extremely quick to respond to any message we sent or question we had, from our first communication to our final check-out. I can't imagine a better host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!

It's a lovely home with a well fenced garden. The neighborhood is very quit. The beach is close by, where you can also enjoy hiking. Highly recommended.

Bruno’s place was peaceful and a relaxing sanctuary including the bells from sheep next door He was helpful in suggesting local treasures and places to find local cuisine. Little touches around the sweet cottage added to feeling welcomed Also very responsive and accommodating. Would love to return

Fantastic stay. We arrived in a storm and the host was incredibly helpful getting us safely to the cabin, late in the evening. The cabin was well equipped, we cooked a lot and it was warm with the heaters in the mornings. Excited to come back again! Thank you so much!

We stayed at Olive Meadow Cottage over New Year, and it was a truly unique experience! The cottage itself is cozy, beautifully renovated, and impeccably clean. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals, and the wood-burning stove provided much-needed warmth during the cold evenings. The outdoor space was a highlight, offering a serene spot to soak in the tranquility and marvel at the star-filled night sky. Lynn was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, ensuring we felt right at home. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, Olive Meadow Cottage is the perfect choice.

João’a place is absolutely as advertised. We rented for a month and could stay all year. The view is better than anywhere in town. Perfect location if you like to walk to all the shops and restaurants. Walkable to many beaches. Amenities were great. Not a single thing to complain about. Thanks João, we’ll be back!

Housy 2 was fantastic. Great location between downtown Cascais, Sintra, the sea and the mountains. local restaurants, site seeing. Candida met us at check in and explained everything as well as provided recommendations on things to see and do. We were greeted with pastries and wine! The home was well equipped. Candida even checked on us halfway through our stay. Highly recommended. Would stay again. Candida is not just a Super Host, she is a Super Star !

Annemie is charming and very kind! The accommodation is a true dream of natural beauty. All super organized and exactly as you see in the pictures, actually better than the pictures.

Accommodation ideally placed to shine and do varied activities (close to the sea, close to sites such as castles, place of pilgrimage). intermarche 1km away perfect for shopping. Very nice hosts and I highly recommend it. We'll be back with pleasure!

An incredibly beautiful complex with three great villas. Villa 2 has an incredibly beautiful view, lots of sun and great amenities. Everything you need is there. Super quiet and great to come down.

We had a great time at Victoria's place. the views are beatiful, the house is very spacious for a big family/group and was very clean. the pool area is also very nice as well as the cinema area. is very well equiped -kitchen utensiles, bbq, linen, etc. the only improvement point, in our opinion, are the size of the double beds, which are a bit small for a couple :) thank you for the good time!

Impeccable exterior for this kind of rental, sun, swimming pool, terrace, fireplace-barbecue, house "like at home" with everything you need to live there, well equipped with household electronics, quiet despite the "Portuguese" dogs who often bark at night but almost not in our case, quiet in the neighborhood, the market 100m from the house and supermarkets that are not very far either, my favorite beach (Princesa) 5 minutes by car.

Everything was perfect. We were staying five nights with our three year old son and we felt at home, he also enjoyed a lot of the company of the animals: dogs, cats, horses and chickens. Åse and Lars were very kind and were attentive to our needs at all times. The accommodation is very well located, surrounded by nature, but close enough to some beaches and places of interest such as Alcobaça, Óbidos, Caldas da Rainha... An unforgettable experience that we would like to repeat.

Apartment much better than on the photos. It's a grace. All clean and functional. Ana thinks of everything. The location is an additional, every day to take out the breath. Assisting the sunset there of the pool area or descending a few meters in front of the apartment will delight in one of the most beautiful sunsets that I have ever seen. Thanks Ana and Afonso for the receptivity and for all affection with us. It was the best way to get to Lisbon, for sure.

Nice house for two families.

The place was very quiet, with a nice garden area. We didn’t even feel that the owner’s family was living upstairs, since we didn’t hear any noise at all. We had all the amenities needed, and slept very well in comfy beds. The fact that we were allowed to use the parking inside the house was very handy. The communication with Angelina was very easy and she responded promptly to our questions. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a nice quiet neighborhood, with easy access to Lisbon and Cascais/Sintra areas.

We spent a wonderful time at Cristina's beautiful house. There is a lot to explore in the neighbourhood - very nice beaches, beautiful views at the oceans, close to Sesimbra and Lisabon - a perfect stay for some days. The house was very convenient for a family with two teenagers. They had their own rooms and separate bath. It is very nicely furnished and has very private touch, which we very much liked. Cristina's parents welcomed us and gave us helfpul advices on the area. She was very responsive whenever we had a problem. I can highly recommend Cristina's place and would are considering coming back in summer time.
