Vacation rentals with a firepit in Montague

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. George was very friendly and made us feel right at home. Great restaurants nearby and minutes away from skiing @ Big Boulder. I recommend staying here and would stay here again in the future.

Gary’s place was a pleasant stay! It was a beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. Super clean and felt right at home. Gary was super responsive and helpful with whatever I needed.

My wife and I loved this place. Absolutely clean and looks much better than the pictures. Beth & Tom are so responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. Even though this listing is near the road it really felt private and quiet. We will definitely be back for more adventure. Fire pit and free wood are a big bonus. The house was so cozy and welcoming. The weather was not great so we stayed in most of the weekend and just hung out, watched movies and cooked dinner and had everything we needed. This house was beautiful! The basement was extremely cold so we didn’t go down there for entertainment. But other than that everything was perfect. It was about 10 from snow tubing and 30 minutes from Walmart which was really convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped. It snowed while we were there and they had people come shovel and clean the area. The roads were pretty icy to get to the home, unfortunately my friend car wouldn’t make it over the hill so she had to get dropped off and walk while her husband return home, but that is no fault to the home owners. Overall we will book again!

Niral and Elizabeth’s home was the perfect mountain retreat! It was beautiful and peaceful. They were very responsive.

The Camilla Villa is one our new favorite places to stay in the area.The house was very clean and the location was perfect, about 10 minutes from Wallkill bethel. We had some winter precipitation during our stay and Camilla was quick to respond to any questions we had and provided what we needed for a safe, comfortable stay. Great deck and view of the lake - peaceful and relaxing. The house had all the amenities we needed - great grill, large sitting area and TV to hang out with family. The kids enjoyed playing in the downstairs area and roasting marshmallows out back.

The perfect spot for my getaway. If you don't mind the very steep, long incline to and from town, it is completely walkable to the main drag in Jim Thorpe. The place is perched up on the hill with a great view of the town in the valley below. The soaking Jacuzzi tub is a great reward after strolling around the town. Thank you for a relaxing stay!

The neighbors chickens made me feel right at home!

Lovely quiet, pet-friendly place above the garage but note that there is a steep staircase to get up to the second floor. Very friendly hosts - greeted me on arrival and had left the door unlocked so entry was easy and the key was available for my use. Comfy bed, cozy and warm rooms with remote-controlled mini-splits in both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom with tub and separate shower - the water pressure was not as strong in the shower as I would have liked, but it was nice to have the skylight in there. My GPS found it easily but a larger sign with the house number would be helpful, especially at night. I would definitely stay there again.

This is the second time now I’ve stayed at Stews Air BNB. It’s convenient to the city center, it was clean, affordable and had everything I needed. Stews also very quick at getting back to you. Next time I’m in the area I would make it my third time if staying there

My family and I had a lovely stay. It was exactly what we wanted out of a weekend trip away from home. At the end of our stay, we all said that we need to come back again and have a longer stay!

Kim’s place is clean and has almost averything we need. There’s even free snacks when we arrived. We feel that we are home just far away from our own home. Hot tub did not fail us. It was so relaxing even with snow around us and rain pouring. We enjoyed our stay.

Very spacious place. We loved the layout of the place, was nice and warm, and a great location too. Tons of small restaurants to check out, and the scenery by the water is beautiful too. We were up in Newburgh for a work trip and headed down to Mount Peter’s Ski Area after checking out. Will definitely be staying here again when we come upstate :)

Let me start by saying communication with the host was excellent. Extremely helpful and responsive. The location is also terrific. A short short walk to Nick’s and the other venues in town are also easily walkable. We did not use the car to get to these venues. We did drive to the Dunkin Donuts. The cabin itself is well appointed and very well maintained. All towels,linens, soaps are provided as well as a full kitchen with all utensils, coffee maker, pots and pans. Everything to cook if you want (note there is no dishwasher). To be sure, this is not a large cabin and it has only one small bathroom with a shower. It is perfect for a couple or if there is a family with kids. However, two couples would be tight and even though the cabin could sleep six, I wouldn’t do it. Wow that would be tight. Overall we had a great time and appreciate the place and its location. One more thing. Parking is tight too. I fit the SUV with no problem, but if we had another car, not too good.

We had an amazing time at Glenns cabin. He communicated very well and was very helpful throughout the trip. The snow was absolutely beautiful at the cabin our dogs had the time of their lives. We will definitely be coming back!!-joe & betsy

This is probably the most 'at home' that I felt in a vacation home. The cabin was comfortable with multiple seating areas accessorized with blankets and pillows. We were lucky enough to stay during an extra wintery-snowy weekend so we spent most of our time cooking, listening to music (and playing the Ukulele which was a nice surprise) and playing games. The reserve behind the house is so beautiful, easy to access and so close by. As many other mentioned, Susan's hospitality was above and beyond, which really help the feeling of being at home. Can't wait for our next time. We will miss it in the meanwhile.

Emily was a great host. Very responsive and accommodating. We loved the property. I stay at a lot of hotels all year. Her place was better than any hotel. Has all the amenities that one can think of for camping or cabin life plus more. My gf loved it and even wanted to extend if we didn’t have other obligations. Very warm home. Can’t wait to revisit!

Spent a weekend with my family of 4 at this beautiful cabin house and could not have been more happier. The location is perfect. Secluded enough to have privacy and close enough to be near everything that you could possible need. We went to Kalahari water park for a day, which was only 20 minutes away. The cabin was clean and very spacious. It offered everything that you may need when staying with a family at an AirBnb. Tim was friendly and responsive!We appreciated him notifying us in advance to be careful because there was an ice storm that just hit. We would love to stay again in the warmer months and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect little cabin getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three-night stay at Cabin on Fern Ridge. The cozy, clean secluded cabin was a Scandinavian oasis that offered calm and relaxation. It was a convenient base for hiking, exploring the area and a luxurious day trip to Woodloch Spa. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and nearby Narrowsburg offered wonderful restaurants, especially La Cignogne. The multi colored, local eggs we found in the refrigerator were an unexpected and appreciated surprise! We highly recommend Joey’s Cabin on Fern Ridge and look forward to staying again in any season!

We had a lovely 4-night stay at Meng & Andrew's sweet cabin. The weather was frigid, but we stayed warm by the wood burning stove & during our regular sauna sessions. We braved the 18 degree temps & took a quick dip in the hot tub, followed by a quick jog to the sauna. The cabin is beautifully furnished & well-appointed. We spent most of our time relaxing & hanging out in the cabin, but ventured out for dinner in town & nearby Livingston Manor & Narrowsburg on Meng & Andrew's fabulous recommendations. They were very helpful & quick to respond if we needed anything. We'd love to return every season!

William was an amazing host. He was very communicative and the place is very well prepared with quality kitchen equipment, good wifi and even q book of recommendation on what to do and where to go in the area. We had a very nice time!
