Perfect, my stay went very well, I recommend it.

Beautifully laid out flat next to the sea. Perfect spot between Saint Malo’s old town and the more locally frequented Saint Servan. Large open plan kitchen / diner / lounge area.

Good communication with Alain and Christine. Welcoming, available and responsive. Quiet apartment, close to shops and not too far from the sea.

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. And we'll probably come back! It feels like home. Great location. Sea view. Very nice, bright, cozy apartment. We had a great time at Frédérick's place. Everything was perfect, the location, the facilities, the kindness of our host. Everything was provided, even the "Toutou Bar". We'll be back without hesitating.

Clean and well arranged accommodation. Very well equipped and spacious. Location close to the center which allows you to do anything on foot. Small downside on sound insulation. We had a great weekend.

This was a perfect home for our family of 5. The location is situated within walking distance of the Vitre Castle, lots of restaurants near by, quiet neighborhood and excellent and responsive hosts. Would highly recommend and would stay here again in the future.

Very "COZY" accommodation but super well-equipped and arranged with its small intimate terrace (smoking), and especially its wonderful Jacuzzi; everything is perfect in this accommodation rather for adults and no children (stairs). Ideally located, both quiet and in the heart of the village, Romain is also very friendly. To summarize, I recommend it without moderation!!

Chantal’s place is absolutely beautiful and has amazing amenities, in addition to the wonderful beach view and private location. She is very welcoming and thoughtful. We will definitely come back when we are in the area next time!

After a night , everything is perfect , maybe put a towel and shower gel and outdoor lighting but that's it otherwise perfect
