Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Mont Boron, Nice

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

A serene place by the Loup rievere, just 10 minutes walk to the riverside trail to enjoy the wonderful view of nature and a peaceful walk. And there are also numerous trails on the surrounding hills for exploring. I had a wonderful 10 days stay at the cozy house, which features easy access parking space, private patio and all the equipment necessary. And also the host are very hearty and helpful.

We had the most wonderful stay. The place was so ideal for young children (we had 6 under 5 years) and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setup. The trampoline and also the safety fence around the pool were great features. Samantha was so incredibly helpful and always responsive. Thank you so much! This was a really special and one off trip for us and was made even better by the flawless stay at your lovely home. Xx

We stayed 3 nights at the house, the host Pierrick was very friendly and super helpful. The house was perfect and equipped from every point of view. The 4 rooms were comfortable and well arranged. The heating was great. The jacuzi is a gem! A place we'd love to come back to.

Christophe is a 10/10 host - absolutely wonderful at communicating and being proactive. He even let us check in early and check out late - it seemed like nothing was too big of an ask. The airbnb itself was absolutely gorgeous - even better than the photos. There is so much room and plenty of equipment for cooking in or having a bbq. An absolutely perfect spot - I have no recommendations on improvements! Thank you for the most amazing stay.

We had a lovely stay at Davide's house. This is a very nice family home, full of charm and with a soul. The interior of the house is very well equipped. We feel the generosity of the owner. The house was very clean when we arrived. The pool with a Jacuzzi is fabulous. The garden is very beautiful. The exterior is well appointed to rest and have lunch in the shade. No complaints. We'll be happy to go back. We also thank Serge for his welcome, kindness and recommendations for visits and good little restaurants. A real favorite.

Great place to stay. The road up the hill is a bit narrow if you have a large car but not a big deal. If you are coming with larger group of people and staying for longer time this will be perfect. View is great and outdoor space is awesome.

We just came back and it was an oasis of peace and luxury, but also very nice that everyone had their private space and could go ahead. The promenade is easily accessible by car if you want to find the hustle and bustle and then all the more wonderful to come back again. Furthermore, the pool was a real pleasure and especially in the warmer periods. It's a wealth that you have this in your own place. Furthermore, everything was very well secured which gives a nice feeling. Both the children and we enjoyed it immensely and is certainly repeatable. Furthermore, it was very warm outside, so the air conditioning worked well and could sleep well because of this. The beds were also lovely, just because we still had a long trip ahead of us. We had a late check out, which was no problem at all. Thank you for sharing such a luxurious but homely place! See you next year.

Julien is a really charming and considerate host. The accommodation is perfectly in line with the photos, clean, well-equipped, unobstructed view of the terrace, not overlooked. The best part of the accommodation is the private parking, the proximity to the Monaco train station from where you can go to Italy, Menton, Nice, Antibes... the proximity to a public elevator that makes it easy to access Monaco and the jacuzzi!

We had a fabulous family holiday . The hosts Sonja, Guido snr and jr were extremely welcoming . The house was even nicer in real life ! Perfect setting .. we ate outside for most meals .. beautiful outdoor area. Inside is perfectly maintained with old floors , windows, shutters matched with modern facilities . It was perfect for our family ( 6 adults and 8 month old) The pool was a must for the hot August days! The house is a 10 minute walk to the lovely village of Valbonne, bigger than we thought and definitely plenty of cafe Shops and restaurants to suit all. Valbonne is authentic French and has a famous market every Friday ( very busy but worth a visit) The house is also a close drive to Nice, Antibes, Cannes and the beautiful St Paul deVence. We highly recommend this property and the lovely hosts . We hope to return again one day .

Both close to Nice and the coast but quiet. Perfect for relaxing in the evenings after a day full of effort. Julien is always reachable and always tries his best to help find solutions to problems.

Sylvie very pleasant and super responsive, very warm! The spa is a plus. The accommodation was a good fit for the description. private terrace, a large part of which was covered. Restaurant Chez Rose worth recommending! Pizzeria grocery store in the square (warm welcome at the 2 establishments).

We spent a night in the cabin everything was fine, it was perfect from the welcome to start!

The stay was just amazing, the cottage was very clean, very beautiful and very well organized , we enjoyed the hot tub and the beautiful garden outside the cottage with my sister. The hosts were very very nice, very kind and always attentive. Frankly, this chalet has won over our hearts and we will surely come back.😍

Everything was perfect from booking until we left. Communication with Maryline was fluid. We received a great welcome from him. The environment of the property is very quiet. As for the accommodation, no complaints. Loyal to the listing. Very well-equipped small cabin, full of charm, and the Nordic bath is really nice! In short, a lovely time.

I made the reservation at the last minute and I don't regret my choice. We had a pleasant stay with my spouse. I recommend the place but especially the lodges .
