Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

We had some wonderful days at the house that offered great spaces, billiards and ping pong tables as well as in a very good location close to amazing beaches. The host replied very quickly and the communication was quick and easy with local tips. Highly recommend the property.

This is a great villa with many spaces for us all to relax. It is very close to a very nice beach. The villa’s kitchen was a little small but we managed to cook great meals for the 7 of us. A truely beautiful place. Allesandro and Luca are charming hosts with gifts of wine and food.

Nice, very clean flat. Wonderful terrace with great view. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Bus-stop closeby, easy to get to the centre. Very quiet surroundings, we felt safe. We had some problems with the door-lock, and got help immediately from Emanuelas brother. Emanuela was always helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Great stay!

Taty and Luca are great hosts and created an incredible apartment! From the balcony you can admire the beautiful sunsets. The private beach is quite rocky but still beautiful and there are plenty of other stunning beaches around. Cagliari is also worth a visit and underestimated in our opinion (only 20 mins). Coming home to this place feels amazing and we enjoyed every single minute. We would love to come back! 🌞

We had a great stay at Vittorio’s place. The house is very spacious and the garden is very nice. Internet connection was good.

The apartment was perfect for what we were looking for. Location There is very good resturants and cafes in the block and a great little mini mart. it's a short walk into Cagliari centre, Marina, bus stop to go Poetto and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Apartment the apartment was very clean and larger than we anticipated, the master bedroom has two lovely double doors which open up for air flow. Each room had air-conditioning and there was a functioning kitchen and washing machine. Hosts Max and Davide were very friendly and informative of the local area and provided multiple recommendations. They allowed me some flexibility with times and only requested we communicate with them about any issues. As a conclusion, I re-booked this apartment for next year and I am trying to convince my friends to rent the neighbouring apartment hosted by Max and Davide. Great experience. We were in four adults and two children and we were comfortable, well-maintained garden with all the comforts (grill, outdoor shower and sun loungers). Clean and spacious apartment, about a quarter of an hour from all the beaches around Villasimius. Lisa was very helpful and caring, she gave us great advice and took care of how our stay was going. Highly recommended

Great location in the very heart of the city near to the marina and to the old town. However proximity has its price: it's noisy even in the nights. One should well assess their priorities. The place is very spacious, comfort and interestingly designed, with high cieling that creats a sense of aristocratism. Everithing needed is available, incl. sun umbrella that saves money for renting such on the beach. Maurizio is a great host, very friendly and quickly answering and providing valuable insights.

The apartment was as described , clean and well appointed. A plus were the super equipped balcony and the private parking space. Letizia is a top host, very personable and helpful.

Davide was a great host, he was really helpful and was quick to respond to our questions. He gave us loads of good advice before we arrived at the villa. We arrived late at night and we had asked if it would be possible for Davide to buy us some food bits as all supermarkets were shut, he obliged and it was a great help for us. The villa is beautiful, the view is stunning and it feels homely. A car is required if you wish to explore the beaches. The villa is positioned only 30 minutes from Cagliari airport and 30 minutes from Villasimius which was ideal for us. The area is very peaceful, surrounded by pine trees and respectful quiet neighbours.

The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, there is a supermarket about 200 meters away and some pizzerias and bars about 10 minutes walk. The pool is really very large, the door to the sea is fantastic and the sea is great for a refreshing dip or snorkeling. The accommodation is very comfortable, and there is a large living room from which you can see the sea. Anna Rita and Riccardo were great hosts who were always available for any requests or information.

We really enjoyed our holiday at Constanza and Mauro's property.The house and pool are very well maintained and everything is pleasantly clean. We were able to sleep super well, because it is very quiet in the residential area; the air conditioning was also a blessing in the warm temperatures. We had great play equipment on site, like a pool volleyball game and a ping pong table, which gave a lot of joy. Near the house there are beautiful sandy beaches, we also enjoyed the nights in Cagliari as a family and have been delicious food, e.g. in the aquarium - a brilliant pizzaria, restaurant and bar under palm trees. We got great excursion tips from Constanza, so it was very varied and at the same time relaxing for us. Thank you very much for our great family vacation. We will be happy to come back and recommend your place wholeheartedly.

The small apartment in the villa of Theresia was 4 for us (2 adults)., 2 K.) perfect. Small and fine! The view from the private terrace of the lagoon, the pool, the turtles in the garden, the loungers on the beach... it was simply fantastically beautiful! In addition, the totally nice communication in advance with Theresia and on site with Paola (exclusively in Italian, but with hands, feet and Google Translator we got along ;-)). Even our first dinner with wine and breakfast was lovingly catered for. Worth 5 stars all around!!! We are already considering when we will come back:-)

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!
