Nice place to stay, in a quiet area of Buenos Aires, great variety of restaurants in the vicinity and the neighborhood offers a large number of activities both during the day or at night, the depto 10/10 spotless, care and neat, easy access.

This apartment is located in a great place very close to the Plaza Italia subway station and many crocery shops around. The people that take care of the place ( Emanuel , Marcel and Andres) were very attentive to our needs and the apartment itself is exactly what we needed. Also , the swimming pool is very nice and the gym on the 31 floor is amazing!! WE will return!! Judy and Jacob

Excellent location towards the city's tourist attractions, many restaurants and shops nearby, and with many public transportation options. The place was very well equipped with basic necessities and the host recommended interesting points to visit and was flexible with the arrival at the place and with answering our doubts. Highly recommended!

The communication was excellent, they were always very attentive, and they responded to our concerns very quickly, the area is quiet, the beds were very comfortable, in general everything was very good. I recommend it!!

We stayed a week at this San Telmo apartment. It’s got such character and comfort. The balconies overlooking Defensa street were very cool. It was a breezy and comfortable place. Only slightly annoying during the day was a constant beeping from the parking garage across the street.

Exclude Romi's attention! She was in permanent contact with us and available for what we needed. Comfortable and tidy apartment. Safe, quiet area, with supermarkets, businesses and collectives nearby.

This apartment was beautiful and had everything you could need. I stayed for only a few days but would have loved to stay longer if I could. Also the location was central to the rest of the city for the things I found wanting to do. And one of the most convenient places was directly opposite where they had a shop which had everything you may need. I would 100% stay again it if I find myself needing an apartment in the beautiful city of Buenos Aires!

The apartment is as it appears in the photos. There is a small mattress for the sofa bed which made it much more comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen had all the tools just and necessary. The depto had cable tv, streaming apps and air conditioning. One detail I would have liked to know is that the balcony faces an interior courtyard and you can only see the walls of other buildings. Generally speaking it was a pleasant stay, we were comfortable, nothing was missing within the depto and communication with the host was always expeditious.

The apartment has a great floorplan/distribution, with two balconies, and a full bathroom and a small bathroom with just a toilet. Because the balconies are on opposing sides, you get light all day. Ignacio is pretty flexible with arrivals and departures.

Great host. Fantastic location in lively neighborhood with access to subway, plenty taxis and uber, restaurants and shops, and parque centenario which is great for exercising! Fantastic deal! We were 6 and plenty comfortable

The initial instructions were a little unclear because I thought it was keyless entrance because he gave me a code to get in but I didn’t understand that he had to meet me there to give me a key fob to get through the outer doors. Once they arrived, everything else was fantastic! Even a bottle of wine for my arrival. Thanks again for everything!!

The apartment is simple and complete, it has just enough for your stay. Silvana is super attentive and relaxed. And the location of the apartment is unbeatable.

I found Carol's listing from a friend who had stated there 10 years ago. we couldn't have been happier. The place was lovely. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants, subway and gave a nice flavour of life in Buenos Aires. Carol was a great host easy to communicate with and hooked us up with a wonderful driver for some early morning ingredients trips and our return flight, gave good advice on where to exchange money, where to eat, shop, etc. this would be a great place to stay for 2-4 people. the two bedrooms are on different levels which is nice for a bit of separation.

Beautiful place, super large and highly recommended

I have had a wonderful stay here! I’ve stayed in the apartment for a month and have extended too. It is very well located in a quiet area but with many coffee shops and restaurants and it is next to all my favorite green parks. The apartment is great with a big working desk, balcony, big closet and the kitchen is fully stocked for everything for cooking. Definitely recommend, especially for those long-term and working!! Thank you ☺️☺️

The apartment is beautiful, the hosts are always pending, willing to help; answer questions and provide solutions, our stay was incredible 100% recommended, we would definitely stay with them again.

Very nice mono ambience, good location, spacious and with everything you need. A little noisy since an avenue passes and is next to the Pirovano Hospital, but if the windows are closed it is perfect 👌

Good apartment, nice view and with a nice park nearby. You don't feel the hustle and bustle of the city and you can rest. Very conveniently located to go to the Movistar Arena. Many nearby bus lines, subway and train. The apartment is in a building with 24/7 security.

A great place to stay in Palermo. About Santa Fe with very good access to all means of transport. Very comfortable beds and almost no outside noises were heard. The kitchen is suitable for cooking. Easy access and the host is very caring and quick to respond. An excellent option for staying in Palermo.

Excellent apartment and communication with Laura. I really liked the location, tired of locomotion and close to tourist places, you can go to the neighborhood the mouth walking. So too, the very friendly concierge, made me an induction of the different amenities of the building. If I would go back to Buenos Aires, I would go back to this place. 👍

One of the best places to stay because of location and it was very nice!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Alejandra & Josefina’s place for our first time in BA. The unit is stunning and very comfortable with great bed, natural light, air conditioning, functional kitchen, and two workspaces. Building had great amenities like the pool, gym, terrace. Area couldn’t have been any better with tons of great cafes, restaurants, and bars no more than 1-2 blocks away. Grocery store across the street was very helpful. The hosts were wonderful - so friendly, responsive, and helpful. Amazing attention to detail (extra towels for our long stay, they even replaced coffee machine same day after there was an issue). I’d highly recommend this stay to anybody!
