Vacation rentals with a patio in Monroe

Hand down the best Airbnb we have stayed at. The cleanliness was amazing- which is so important! Melanie’s communication was quick and friendly Highly recommend!!

This was the perfect spot for our family. We were down in Richfield for a wrestling tournament at the Sevier center. It was just a few minutes away! HUGE perk that we had access to the neighboring hotel for the gym and pool. That’s usually one drawback with renting an Airbnb but that was not the case in this situation. There’s even a little pathway right through the fence to walk right through. Beds were great and it was fully stocked with extra towels bedding pillows and blankets. Melanie was super sweet and helpful with any questions. We have this place saved and will use it again in the future.

Beautiful place to stay. Plenty of room for us, 6 adults and 2 children. King beds, pillows, linens were generous and comfortable. Kitchen has plenty of plates and cups, both plastic and china. Dead battery in door lock meant we waited about 35 minutes upon arrival but we were in a covered space so all was well. We used the time to check out the indoor pool and gym at the hotel next door that’s included with our stay, a nice perk that we all enjoyed using. Internet kicked out near end of our stay but with data we could cast to the tvs so it wasn’t a problem for us. Laundry area in unit was great to have. We enjoyed the cards and games the host generously provided. We cooked and ate together in the large kitchen/living area. Great place to stay.

Melanie’s place is amazing! We’ve traveled to Richfield and Salina for years for wrestling tournaments and decided this year to try a vacation rental instead of overpriced, dirty and noisy hotels. Best decision ever! The place is tastefully decorated, clean and very comfortable. We will definitely be back!

This was a great find! High quality, squeaky clean, and well provisioned. And so well maintained! If we come by again in the future we will love to stay here if it's available.

The space was as described. It was easy access from the highway, without hearing too much highway noise. It was a good place for my husband and me to stop and rest on our road trip. As a nice touch, he also had good coffee for his guests. There were two other guests and himself during our stay, but it honestly felt like we had the whole space to ourselves. I wouldn’t worry about booking a room when the other rooms are booked, there is plenty of space and privacy for each guest.

We had a terrific stay at Lexa's place! It was literally spotless! One of the cleanest places we have ever stayed! It was cozy-decorated well, without feeling cluttered. Lexa's place had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again, if we are in the area!

Mike was always quick to respond to whatever questions we had. Our family went to the Koosh cabins for a Father’s Day fishing trip and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Plenty of room, and a perfect spot to get to the surrounding lakes. Thanks again for a great weekend Mike! 🤙

Kevin’s place was great. Cozy, peaceful, fun decor, and lots of personal touches in a quiet and friendly (very) small town. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved this home. It has so much character and charm. It was welcoming and comfortable from arriving to leaving. Loved the history and feel of the past owners and personality of each piece of furnishing. It was a great enjoyable experience and get away. We will be back!

This is the second property I've stayed at with Karl and it is absolutely beautiful. The view of the mountains and surrounding are amazing. A quiet and peaceful place and I really love all the small touches. Would definitely stay here again!

Convenient location and space that fit our family’s needs. Thoughtful extra amenities were provided like cooking spray, vegetable oil, and essential spices. We also appreciated the night light outlets.
