Great BnB. Exactly what we expected. Clean and very comfortable. Host communicated very clear entry instructions. Very nice!

A great experience. I stayed for four months for work and loved having a comfy home base instead of a hotel. You can tell that a great deal of thought and effort was put into making the place feel festive and welcoming. The location was great and the view of the river out back was grand. Kim was a wonderful host and stayed in touch to make sure everything was going well. I am so glad I chose this place and would do so again without hesitation.

Gorgeous location. The cabin is cozy and warm. I was there during a rainy few days and it was perfect. I plan on returning.

We had another great stay in Paden City! The stay was perfect and the owner is very kind. They provided snacks and even upgraded a few things from the last time we stayed. They had water in the fridge already. The Smart TV was already logged in to a few streaming services also, which was a plus. Thank you for having us again.

Joel is an awesome host and takes great care of his guests. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing place to stay.

This place was beautiful! My grandson , who is 16, said that would be the perfect type of house for him when he can have his own place! It was very roomy, there were 5 of us , 2 adults and 3 children and we were never cramped. I wish we could have stayed more than just overnight! Lauren was very prompt in answering questions and she gave excellent directions to get there! Would definitely recommend if you need a quiet place to stay that isn’t that far away from town.

We've stayed at Stephen's house for a few weeks now. Never been an issue. Each stay has been great. House is nice and clean, spacious, plenty of room for our crew. Great communication with Stephen when needed.

Deanna and Santina were excellent hosts! Great communication and very kind. We were working in nearby Friendly, WV for the week and the apartment was perfect for our needs. We walked to the grocery store nearly everyday. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area!

We booked 2 nights for our son 3rd birthday and we are very happy we found this place. We had a wonderful time. Everything is as described but more wonderful in person. We loved the tree house and definitely will be back. Thank you for the lovely place you build.
