We stayed as a group of 9 during the winter months. The Villa was beautiful, and overlooked the ocean (from a distance). It was peaceful and serene. Paolo kindly offered us access to his orange and lemon trees, which were amazing! He was a helpful host, helping order us pizza our first night when everything seemed closed. The large dining table and kitchen at the back of the house was perfect for family dinners. We used the outdoor BBQ (propane) and the indoor stove/top range - all worked well. We also used the fire pit and Paolo was kind enough to give us some firewood. The house is about ~20 minutes from Palermo by car, which you definitely need in order to stay here. If you don't feel like cooking, try Bragone restaurant (15 mins). Incredible pizza/pasta in the countryside. We stayed during a cold spell, so while there were lots of heat and heaters available, we were chilly at times because we had to balance the electric load just right to keep things running smoothly.

We spent a week here and will definitely book again when we return to Mondello. The apartment was clean and had the essentials we needed. Location is prime - super close to the beach - what more could you ask for?

We recommend highly Salvatore’s apartment for getaway vacation. It was raining during our stay so we didn’t walk to the local restaurants -Salvatore took us to large grocery store for supplies.We took taxi and Uber to get Palermo even though we had an auto. Salvatore greeted us ( waited for us because we got caught in a rain storm coming from the Valley of the Temples) He showed us the apartment and guided us on our plan to explore the area-This apartment is a great base to explore Palermo and the area this side of Sicily. We wished had more time in this area.Salvatore was a very respectable and responsive host.

STEFANO's place was so wonderful and the access to the private docks with lifeguards was amazing (and the Mediterranean water was divine). STEFANO was very helpful and kind and I highly recommend his place if you want to have a quiet and private retreat 10 mins from the airport and 20 minutes from Palermo.

Everything was within walking distance of the accommodation and we felt very comfortable. On the roof terrace you have a beautiful view over the city and on the balcony of the room we liked to drink our coffee in the morning.

We enjoyed our stay which was a great base for seeing many lovely sites in different directions which were within 1 hr driving time . We got to Selinunte,Mozio and Marsala ,Monreale , Scopello and enjoyed eating dinner in Castellmare and Balestrate as well as cooking at home. Very spacious accommodation and felt comfortable and at home even when we had some rain and cooler weather. And the wildflowers at this time of year are a riot of colour!

We loved our stay in Fina’s apartment and felt immediately at home in Terrasini. From the flat there are two beaches within 10-minutes walking distance, and another one ca. 30 minutes walking distance. There are dozens of great places to eat and drink immediately outside, and everyone was extremely friendly to us. The apartment also has a large terrace that’s perfect for sunset dinners. We fell in love with Terrasini and would absolutely come back.

everything was perfect! We were here for 3 days easy to get around, even on foot, very close to all areas of interest in Palermo zeynep is always ready to respond to your every need!! If I have to find a note, the table in the kitchen should have 6 chairs instead of 4. but the spacious terrace and the possibility of lunch compensates for the lack! Thank you we will definitely come back

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Ideally located in the historic center of Palermo, close to several tourist sites and amenities. The apartment was exactly as described; it was clean and well-equipped, with a charming terrace. Alessia was a wonderful host, always available, and gave us excellent advice of places to eat. We highly recommend this apartment and would gladly stay here again!

We were very pleased and would come back any time. Alda was very helpful with small problems, and she also gave us some recommendations for restaurants or the like at check-in. We tested some of them and loved it! Everything super clean and tidy, very quiet and also in basic equipment everything you could ever need. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was not 100% stable at all times, but did not bother us very much.☀️ Thanks!

Had a lovely stay in Capaci! Michaela and Dario were super helpful hosts. The place is large, two separate bedrooms and a large, comfy couch. Kitchen is very well stocked. Fantastic sunset views from the balcony. The beach is near, so is the train which makes it super convenient. We rented a car to explore other parts of the island, the parking spot came in handy. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

This place is centrally located with an amazing view from the balcony. Antonino was always responsive, friendly, and helpful. When I had a minor emergency, he had three of his friends to the Airbnb within a few minutes to help me. When I'm back in Palermo, I'll stay here again. Thanks, Antonino!

Probably one of the best Airbnbs I stayed at. The apartment feels very homey, it was perfectly clean and comfortable! The neighborhood is great and feels very local with lots of restaurants and bars nearby and in a walking distance to the city center. Shops & supermarkets also close by. Daniela was very friendly and helpful, showing real interest in us and helping us with local recomendations. It was a pleasure! 10/10

We had a lovely stay at Daniele’s place, the location couldn’t have been better and the apartment has everything you need. I am a light sleeper so took ear plugs but the noise did not bother my partner. The terrace is perfect and the bed very comfortable :) there is a Lidl supermarket a 4 minute walk away. We had a great time in Gianni’s apartment. Located right in the middle of the historic centre and just a few steps away from Ballaro market. The apartment is very charming and has a fantastic terrace with a great view of one of the nicest churches in Palermo. Gianni was very kind and very responsive and even dropped us off at the station at the end of our stay! Will come back for sure.

Absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend for groups of 3-5. Great communication with Luigi and Giada, gave our group of 4 perfect food recommendations. The location is perfect, quiet at night but only 2 minute walk to the main area of bars and restaurants and felt very safe. The patio space is lovely on a nice day. Check in and check out experience was super easy. We also had a car and Luigi was able to secure a free spot for us during the stay even though there was construction where his normal spot is. Extremely responsive. Beds and pillows both very comfortable. 3 full bathrooms a nice benefit. Can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Valentina is an excellent host, always very quick to respond and very helpful letting us into the apartment well before the check in time. The neighborhood is very nice, not as busy as the touristic center but still in the heart of the city. Please be aware that the free parking is not on location but a few blocks away. Not a problem at all once Valentina sent us the location. We can highly recommend the apartment and it’s great host.

Giuseppe is really excellent as a host. Every wish was fulfilled for us, even the registration for the car he made possible for us. So they were able to drive all the roads. The location of the apartment was very central. So Palermo could of course not always be quiet due to the central location on foot, but that did not bother us. The apartment was exceptionally well appointed was very clean and we did not lack anything. The value for money is excellent and therefore recommended. Thank you

Very nice stay in this beautiful apartment with great views of Palermo! Luigi was very welcoming, even gave us a bottle of Prosseco to celebrate the new year. The location is ideal, close to the pedestrian street where many restaurants offer specialties and more! Thanks again!

I would like to repeat what has already been written here: the apartment is perfectly located in the lively center of Palermo. It is pleasantly cool, very clean and very well equipped. Good restaurants, sights and many nice bars are within easy walking distance. But now to the essentials: Massimiliano is extremely friendly and more than accommodating. We have rarely received such a friendly welcome. Despite our very late arrival (late flight and problems with the rental car), Massimiliano welcomed us personally and saved the evening with a welcome gift in the form of pasta and wine. On all subsequent days, we were always given good tips and recommendations on request, which never disappointed. Even a small emergency in the form of a flat tire was quickly resolved thanks to the host's recommendation. Even if he's not officially a Superhost yet, if anyone deserves it, it's him!
