Sleeping on the loft, mattress new and adjustable (hard/soft) upon request. It has a bathroom, pantry with a small refrigerator, coffee/tea, all tableware (no cooking facilities) and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river 2-minute walk away.

This beautiful holiday home used to be a 100-year-old car shed, of which old beamwork remained as much in sight as possible. The cottage is on the yard of our 400-year-old monumental stool farm, where we live with our sheep, chickens, dogs and cat. The cottage has its own outdoor seating area. Opposite the farm are the floodplains of the river Lek with the many nice little beaches. And just a stone's throw away is the cozy silver town of Schoonhoven.
