Vanessa's space is very good, exactly as in the description of the listing , very airy and comfortable house,the barbecue area and the wonderful pool,the very complete kitchen did not miss any utensils. Vanessa from the first contact was very attentive and kind, always quickly answered all questions.

Thank Ana for the beautiful stay we had, the place matches 100% with the photos, we spent 4 days in 14 people and accommodated all well, the place is well located the house has all the utensils necessary for an accommodation, nothing to complain about and I will certainly come back more often.

Place just like in the pictures. Very clean, cozy Td, the very well-equipped house with towels, soaps, carpets in the bathroom. Cássia a lovely person, polite, helpful. Charles is a sensational, polite, friendly person. We felt at home. I want to go back.

It was an amazing day, great location, market crossing the street, corner cellar, easy to find. local super clean, I had daily contact with Roseli who was very attentive and cleared all doubts quickly. Super recommend, I hope to be able to return again. thank you Caroline and Roseli for everything.

We had a wonderful weekend at this place. Homemade Toninho is very friendly and solicitous. The house is spacious, has a covered area perfect for welcoming friends and family in case of rain, as was our case. The nature is beautiful in the place, the Toucan and the monkeys are very friendly. Julia was also really helpful from afar. The only inconvenience for me was the lack of toilet paper and hand soap in the bathrooms, otherwise everything was very good. It has a black and white dog from the neighbor who is going to visit and it is the most loving being in the world! The trip for me was more perfect for his presence♥️. We hope to return in the future !!!

Mr. Luiz's farm is very large. The rooms are spacious, it is well equipped, there are plenty of dishes and pots and pans. The space is prepared for major events. We loved the weekend we spent there. Mr. Luiz attentive promptly when we call, is polite, helpful, and kind. We recommend and will certainly be back.

We found the house clean and very organized. The kitchen is very well-equipped with appliances and various utensils. The only caveat is in relation to the showers, only one was working, other than that the accommodation is wonderful!! We will return as soon as possible.

Our stay was very nice and full of special moments! The house has that nostalgic touch that brings the cozy feel of a grandmother's house, with a comfortable and family atmosphere. The outdoor area is a real retreat, full of flowers and plants that attract beautiful butterflies, making the space even more charming. The sunset seen from the balcony is simply spectacular, and being able to finish the day around the fire pit, chatting, was an amazing experience. Lucia and Juliana were extremely helpful and always available to make sure we had a good stay. Check-in was simple and quick, the place is safe and the pool was always clean during our stay. In addition, the location is great, being close to the center. Improvement points The house, although very welcoming, needs some maintenance to make the experience

Very close to ABC Paulista, where we live! Quiet place spacious, cozy! It's very nice to feel at ease even if you're not in our house! We are all very well accommodated! The pool is huge, clean and warm!!! My puppies ran too much!!! Fabio is a great host! I will definitely return to this property!!! My family and my friend's family loved tbm!!!!

Place for rest and enjoy as a family! It was all wonderful, green area, place of lodging the same as the ad, the swimming pool and the great game room. Super polite hostess and responds quickly. The housekeepers were great as well. Carlito and Marli, very proactive and kind. It was very worth it!!!

Great house, very cozy and had everything we needed there, just missing a few fruit trees and working wifi, but the charming space the heated pool made it difficult to increase our fun, we will definitely go back… one of the best places I've ever been.

Wonderful family weekend. We were in 25 adults and 10 children. The space accommodated very well for everyone. The rooms and bathrooms are well distributed. We had all the support we need from Paula and Edson. Paula welcomed us with a delicious chocolate cake. Edson helped us and taught us how to use the wood-fired oven for our pizza night. I highly recommend their space.

Our weekend was very good! The site is very spacious, well complete with the great pool great green space. The housekeeper attentive and willing to help with anything. Arlei passed all the guidelines, and it was also very attentive, we will be back for sure!

The space is extremely functional, wide and airy. The rooms are spacious and able to accommodate comfortably. The indoor kitchen has a large barbecue, oven and wood stove, plus an ideal large table to reunite the family. The outdoor area is extremely beautiful and very well taken care of by Mr. Joaquim - o homemeiro - attentive, cordial, careful willing and always very helpful to help us. He is a zealous guardian of the listing. The pool is amazing and heated and it hits the sun all day. It has a small area where children can play safely - under the care of adults - and a larger area for swimming. The outer barbecue is small and the corresponding area tb. In case of light heat your fan despite the cooler weather at night there are no fans in the bedrooms and living room. All impeccable. The space, the host Luisa and, of course, Mr. Joaquim's "giant".

The house is super charming, with a rustic decoration. The outdoor space is a standout apart, with a perfect environment for relaxing, barbecue, enjoy the swimming pool or even fishing in the Lake, have a trairá, cará, carpa. The location is also excellent! It is located in a very quiet region with easy access. In addition, the host was extremely considerate, always available to answer questions and give great tips about the region. The householders Joel and Andressa were very good people, whenever we needed they were available.

The stay was great, Stephanie and the housekeeper are accessible for contact, they supported in everything you needed. The house is great and the leisure area, spotless! The pool is lit up at night and is sensational.

Place is amazing. Chácara is a grace, full of character! Complete, comfortable, a lot to do that a weekend was little...we swim, paddled, sang, played, barbecued, ate marshmallow on the outdoor fireplace and freshly harvested from the foot, watching the dusk and the dam...it was wonderful. EVERYBODY LOVED it! From my 70-year-old father to my 8-month-old nephew. Cibeli was super attentive at check-in and super receptive to answer questions during the stay. Definitely one of the best stays we've ever been.

The place is very nice , very green , a tranquility. The well-equipped social area, plenty of tables , there is no shortage of utensils in the kitchen , has a freezer in the kitchen and the barbecue as well . Pool is very deep , very deep. The first step to climb it is high and makes it difficult to exit the pool. The smaller pool was empty during our stay . The main house is close to this social area that has the barbecue, swimming pool , kitchen . The other rooms are near the chapel , behind the football field, has 4 good bedrooms, but the bathrooms urgently need a renovation : the lining is very old , already releasing , the area of the Box is very bad and unfortunately these two bathrooms were not clean. It had a lot of slime and the curtains of the Box even with a new label were slime too , perhaps because of the humidity . But it is an excellent place , the very helpful housekeeper and well in his , only appears if requested . Back for sure ! I actually hope to come back !
