Apartment vacation rentals in Moab

This place was a perfect place spot for a my sister and I to call home base during our stay in Moab! We explored north, south, east, and west of town and hit all the nearby parks. This place was centrally located for all of it! The unit was clean, well appointed, and centrally located inside the town itself. We loved that at the end of a day of adventuring out in the desert, we could come back, clean up, and walk to get dinner and peruse the shops instead of driving more. It was super easy to get checked in (and out!). Parking was great as well, since there's tons of free, city parking just outside the unit. I highly recommend booking here!

Great location in Moab. Convenient and walkable to downtown Moab. Only about less than 1/2 block off main road through town, but large commercial building blocks traffic noise. The rooms were large and clean and comfortable. One heating unit did not reach heat the bedroom efficiently on cold night. Needs another heat source in the bedroom. I would stay here again.

Tyler’s place was great! Clean and had all we needed for a few nights stay. This unit is a ground level, end unit in an industrial/warehouse area. It was a bit hard to find at night but all was well when we got inside. Would stay here again.

great looking place. pretty new. only thing is you can hear plenty of noise from the neighbors or upstairs.

We were here for four days to hike the local parks. The location was perfect for getting to the parks we wanted to visit. It was also very convenient being a block away from the main street with all the restaurants and shops. We enjoyed going out for dinner and walking each night. The space was well appointed, comfortable and great for what we needed on this trip. The hot tub and outside area is shared with the other units in the building so that’s just something to keep in mind. We enjoyed a few restaurants while there including a fun hole in the wall thai restaurant around the corner named Singha. Enjoyed our stay.

It's perfect spot if you are in the area visiting Canyonlands and Arches National Parks. The Kitchen could be better, with a small stove and some pots and pans.. I recommend it..

This was the perfect base for my young family of 5 to explore Moab and the surrounding parks. It is located just one block back from the main drag, so was very walkable to all the shops and restaurants but still very quiet and safe at night.

We enjoyed our stay at KozyShare #5. It was very walkable and had everything we needed in the kitchen and rest of the room. As far as cost and after having stayed for 3 days, the average price per night was just but, unfortunately, the added fees through Air BNB make it more expensive than it's worth. Also, be prepared for a lot of road noise. We heard more from the road than we did from the neighbors but there isn't anything that can be done about that. We were there in March so I imagine it'll be more noisy in the peak seasons.

Wonderful little place – just as described! It’s cozy and perfect for a couple. The neighborhood is very peaceful, though it’s a bit remote, so it’s best to have a car. Just a heads-up: there aren’t many street lights around, so it gets quite dark at night. The internet worked fine for most things, but on a couple of days it struggled a bit with video calls. Still, it was good enough for general use.

We had a lovely stay in Moab and loved staying at this sweet cottage. The bathroom was particularly luxurious and we loved being able to wake up and look over the river. Added bonus: it’s a walkable to town. We’ll be back!

Moab Flats #5 was amazing. Master BR was comfortable for my husband and I. Kids loved the bed nook and Murphy bed - perfect for our 10yo and 12 yo. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Kitchen is cute and had what we needed to cook a few meals during our 4 night stay. Hubby enjoyed the hot tub! Parking was easy. Proximity to the main street in Moab was ideal. Highly recommend!

Just returned from a wonderful Moab getaway! The house was more roomy than expected, with plenty of room for our group to spread out comfortably. The location was perfect for our needs - situated toward the edge of downtown, which meant we enjoyed a peaceful setting while still being just a few minutes' drive from all the action. Our host was responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The property was clean and well-maintained throughout. Would definitely recommend this property for anyone wanting the convenience of downtown access while enjoying the benefits of a spacious, comfortable home base!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
