Vacation rentals in Mitchell Shire

I came here for a weekend with my girls and it was absolutely perfect. we really felt like we were in a green haven and enjoyed just hanging out in the Airbnb, cooking food for each other and having a wine on the deck. The amenities were perfect. Having a proper knife in the kitchen is so appreciated. Soft and comfortable bedding. And the bath was something I'll dream about. Toby was a responsive and lovely host. I would absolutely come back here in an instant and hope that I get the chance to do so.

Had a gorgeous stay at this lovely spacious property. Was a perfect week away with my friends and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot. On a gorgeous and private peace of land, we absolutely utilised the pool and it was the highlight of our stay. Only issue is that the wifi was temperamental in the main living area but worked perfectly everywhere else. We would definitely recommend this stay and the host was super helpful and responsive.

Lovely homey cottage, perfect for two, short stroll from centre of town/Hotel (for dinner!). Pleasant little garden to sit in and read. Loved the little extras - raisin toast for breaky, port & chocolates. Mt Macedon with its wonderful gardens is beautiful and soothing, even in summer. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay, it's a really awesome location to use as a base for exploring the beautiful are with so much to see and do. The place is really cool and had a relaxing vibe to it, would definitely stay here again!

We used this house for guests during our wedding in Avenel and it was perfectly located and a great base. The entire place was just beautiful; the spacious rooms, incredible rustic & modern charm, the backyard is also just glorious. Sandy was so great to communicate with and honestly made our accom such an easy process, whilst also being so proactive. Whether it's a wedding or a holiday...book it! You'll love it.

Such a beautiful home to spend a few nights in. We used it as our base to explore the Macedon Ranges and we had such wonderful relaxing times together eating our dinners out in the beautiful garden.

Wonderful stay. Really peaceful with panoramic views of the landscape. Very calming with no wi-fi overload. Heartwarming sounds from the horses in the neighbouring paddock. Everything we needed for our stay whilst attending a wedding in Yea.

We were an extended family group who found the house well appointed and comfortable. The gardens were well tended, and the kitchen in particular was a great space for multiple cooks. Highly recommended for large families.

Samantha was an amazing and flexible host. She communicated with us very quickly and even drove us to the wedding we were attending when our taxi didn’t arrive! The cottage was beautiful and very clean. We loved it. Thank you Samantha and Geoff :)
