The place was very clean and right in the middle of Pacific Beach, easy to walk to nearby restaurants and bars.

I had a fantastic stay at Vidal’s listing in San Diego! The home was absolutely beautiful—even better than the pictures. The check-in process was seamless, and the location was perfect, with all the best spots just a short distance away. The neighborhood was peaceful, making it a great place to relax. The listing itself was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Vidal was also very helpful and accommodating, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting San Diego!

We enjoyed the space. Brandon has done a great job with his updates. One of my favorite things was morning coffee on the deck looking at the park and bay. Great location for walking or driving.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb, which is in an unbeatable location right by Petco Park! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for my needs. Bryan, the host, was exceptional—very responsive and accommodating to all my needs. He made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay and was quick to address any questions or concerns. The check-in process was seamless and stress-free. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the train, making it easy to get around San Diego. Whether you’re in town for a Padres game or just looking to explore the city, this spot is ideal. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a central, hassle-free experience!

This place was very comfortable, and cozy, it felt like home away from home. The bed was softer than my preference but doable for the short time I was there. It was clean and everything was in it's place. I would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic experience! The kitchen was huge. We made many meals. The beds were very comfortable. A cozy warm place to spend a month enjoying Pacific beach and surrounding areas.. Dana and Becky were amazing host and we hope to stay at one of their facilities several times in the future. I could not have imagined a better four weeks in their charming little apartment. They get my highest rating.

We had to evacuate due to the fires. Travis accommodated my need and allowed us to check in early and was very response.

Perfect place for my stay. Everything you need. Perfect for pets and kids. Aaron was super responsive. Location is great. Very clean, great heaters, and secure area for pets.

This Air BnB is great. The space was well maintained and beautiful, you can walk out the door to the beach. The area was safe with plenty of places to go eat and drink. The rooms were very spacious and the place was generously stocked from blankets and towels to cooking pots/pans and utensils. It was great having a full size washer and dryer as well. Spacious and private garage, which is a rarity in this part of the neighborhood!

We had a very comfortable stay - spacious bedroom and living space; well stocked kitchen and nice outdoor space. Quiet residential block; short walk/drive to beach, shops, restaurants. Meghan and Ben were very responsive and accommodating.

This place is wonderful! I stayed for two weeks while I was apartment hunting and felt right at home. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of space, huge TV for watching or games, and a nice kitchen where I was able to cook my own meals. Efrain was always responsive if I had any questions about the unit and left a welcome packet with all kinds of local information. Highly recommend!

Melissa’s place was great, offering plenty of parking. However, since it’s located in an alley shared with neighbors, it felt a bit tight with only one way in and out. Despite that, my crew and I had a comfortable stay, rested well, and found her home to be clean and equipped with all the amenities we needed.

The house is close to the freeway, has good restaurants around, kept clean, has reserved and street parking, nice front yard, good kitchen, free snacks for guests arriving at odd hours like we did at 1am. The host is super responsive and addressed all the concerns we raised. I would recommend this place to everyone. The floors are a bit creaky and there are cracks in some places. We used space heaters and that tripped the electric system. April sent an electrician immediately. We were out of hand soap in the kitchen and bathroom, and again she sent cleaners immediately to refill them. Some parts of the home are a bit flaky (e.g., master bathroom closet door and it's knob, toilet paper holder in the bathroom).

Rent this place! It has a beautiful open concept when you enter and all bedrooms are spaced in corners for privacy. Super gorgeous backyard and home. Also, the host is very responsive and kind and you can tell she truly cares.

Amazing place to stay while visiting San Diego, so close to everything and no worry about parking. Walkability and peacefulness were great!

Carlos place is in such a great location, we loved being able to walk to everything. The market, pizza, coffee, breakfast, bars and of course Belmont Park! The bikes were so fun to take down the beach trail :) It was misty most days but it was great to come home, wash up and cozy up with my shows. I can’t wait to book during summer!

Spectacular views, clean, convenient, good beds, simple but has great extras, elevator, parking spots, baby equipment. Looking to the next time.

We had a great stay at Steffanie’s place. It looked just like the pictures and was just steps to the beach. The area is very vibrant and you see people from all walks of life but we felt safe and walked to dinner most nights. I would note that the stairs are a little steep but we didn’t have any problems navigating them. We would definitely stay again.

Great place, better than the pictures, host is responsive and helpful. Loved the view of the sunset from every spot of the apartment. Will come back again.

What a perfect place to stay for our family. Loved that it was on the main level with no stairs. Lots of outdoor seating. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved having a washer and dryer. Found several local eateries and coffee shops. Olive Bakery was top notch. We will stay here again when we are in the area.

Jesse was extremely proactive in reaching out to me to confirm my early arrival request. He was very clear with his directions and instructions and prompt to respond when I reached out to him. The unit was exactly as described and not only checked off all of the boxes that we had, but included some additional bonuses. Great value, right off the beach, first floor, washer and dryer included, with two parking spaces. That is pretty much unheard of in that area! Should I need accommodations in San Diego again, I will absolutely reach out to inquire if Jesse's place is available again.
