Great stay! My wife and I absolutely enjoyed our time here for 4 nights. The pictures are an accurate descriptions of the place. Instructions on checking in, parking and everything else were clear and easy. Highly recommend for a short or long period stay.

I absolutely loved it here. My 5 girlfriends and I spend four nights here; we had the best time ever. We are all 21 and 22 years old, and there was so much to do everyday. Aside from the many beach bars and restaurants that are walking distance from the AirBnb, we also spent an amazing day in La Jolla (only a 20 min uber). Our itinerary was jam packed and we got the absolute most out of our stay because of how great the AirBnb location is!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb, which is in an unbeatable location right by Petco Park! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for my needs. Bryan, the host, was exceptional—very responsive and accommodating to all my needs. He made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay and was quick to address any questions or concerns. The check-in process was seamless and stress-free. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the train, making it easy to get around San Diego. Whether you’re in town for a Padres game or just looking to explore the city, this spot is ideal. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a central, hassle-free experience!

This palace was great! Lyabo went out of her way to make sure everything was just right and we were well taken care of. Would’ve loved to stay longer, so probably next time we’re in town we’ll make sure to book as many days possible, it’s a great setting. The place is spacious super clean, and the neighborhood nice and peaceful.

Fantastic experience! The kitchen was huge. We made many meals. The beds were very comfortable. A cozy warm place to spend a month enjoying Pacific beach and surrounding areas.. Dana and Becky were amazing host and we hope to stay at one of their facilities several times in the future. I could not have imagined a better four weeks in their charming little apartment. They get my highest rating.

Had a great stay at this property! This was seriously the coolest apartment. The decor is so stylish and fun, and the whole place had such a great vibe. The rooftop deck was a chill spot to hang out, especially at night and the life size chess was awesome! Having a bathroom for every bedroom was super convenient and made it easy for everyone to get ready without any hassle. The place was super clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the layout worked perfectly for our group. The host was very responsive, helpful, and so kind. One of the best hosts I’ve ever had! My questions were answered quickly and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. My family already wants to go back.

Very clean and comfortable place with everything you could need! Heather is an incredible host, always responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend if you need a spot in San Diego, close to the beach and the walkable areas of the city, easy drive to practically everything.

If you're not used to down town areas the surrounding area may seem a bit sketch but it's no more than any other downtown in the U.S. It's close to amazing bars and restaurants that are easy to walk to without driving which is a plus in my books (gotta get them steps in!) the apartment was clean and extremely cozy which was nice to get back to after being out all day. Would recommend and stay here again!!!

This was our second stay at Aaron’s Airbnb, and once again, it was perfect for our family — myself, my parents, and my two young kids. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking meals easy, and the beds were super comfortable. Heating and cooling worked great, and everything was spotless when we arrived. We especially loved the private patio — such a great space to relax. The location is incredible: close to shops and restaurants, yet tucked away in a quiet area, and just one block from the beach. There were so many thoughtful extras, too, like beach chairs, toys, and board games that made the stay even more enjoyable. Aaron is a fantastic host — friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this Airbnb and can’t wait to come back!

I booked this place for technicians who were in the area for work. The technicians went home to celebrate the Easter weekend with their families. They have to come back to finish the job because they ran into some delays. They asked me to rebook the same place. I think that speaks volumes!!

Very charming home and Meghan was a great host. She had recommendations printed, baby gear, and even some beverages for us to enjoy! She was responsive and made check out incredibly easy as we had a very early flight home. The neighborhood was great and had a lot to offer! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone, especially families!

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at the home. Felt like at home. Place was super clean. Much appreciate the snacks and drinks! Easy 10 min walk to all the bars and restaurants in Hillcrest area. Very peaceful neighborhood!

Amazing airbnb with plenty to offer such as 4 beds as well as kitchenwares and toiletries! My friends and I felt right at home with this airbnb. Melissa was great at communicating too, which made the check in and check out processes much easier!

Our stay was perfect. I don’t have a single complaint. April gave clear and helpful instructions which allowed a fast and easy check in. Our stay was very cozy, clean, and pleasantly smelling. I will be booking again in the near future.

We were quite comfortable during our stay. Place is spacious and close to EVERYTHING. Neighborhood is transitional but we got comfortable quickly. Would return.

I think that Matt is very friendly and the place was so nice and clean. I think it is one the best place to stay in San Diego, I would love to be back at it again when I’m there.

We absolutely loved Ashley's apartment. It was light, bright and airy. We also found it to be an incredibly convenient location, very close to Balboa Park, getting on and off the freeway heading in any direction and very close to Little Italy and the city (both walking distance if you feel like it). But the streets are still quiet and easy for a tourist to drive and feel comfortable. Our toddler particularly liked being able to watch the planes flying past so close, and learnt all the airlines that were unfamiliar to him. The living area was warm and bright, even on cold winter mornings. The kitchen was also well equiped, and both beds were comfortable. The blinds aren't block out, so it is quite bright in the morning, so if you prefer it being dark to sleep, bring a sleeping mask. A fantastic property, one we would definitely return to!

This was a great location with easy access to the airport, beach, and local restaurants. The place was very clean and easy to find. If you are bringing a vehicle larger than a four-door sedan, be aware that the alley and garage space are VERY tight. We had a rental SUV and it was pretty stressful trying to avoid scratches getting into the garage. But if you take it slow, you can make an SUV fit. That being said, we would absolutely return to this condo!

Title: Great Value, but be Prepared for Noise I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had an overall positive experience. The location was fantastic—easy to find, and it was conveniently close to local attractions and restaurants. The host was responsive and friendly, making the check-in process smooth. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Considering the price compared to other options in the area, I felt it was a great value. However, one thing to note is that the property is in the flight path for San Diego airport. While this wasn’t an issue once I fell asleep, the noise from the planes, neighbors, and outdoor sounds made it a bit challenging to get to sleep on the first few nights. The walls seemed a bit thin, so I could hear quite a bit of outside noise. Overall, I'd recommend staying here, but be prepared for the noise—especially if you're a light sleeper. Amazing location! The apartment has floor to ceiling windows and the view of the ocean is spectacular. The beds and couches were comfortable. You can hear the waves crashing because you are so close to the beach. We enjoyed going to sleep to the sound of the waves and going for walks along the water in the mornings. The location was just 15-20 away from every sight we wanted to visit in the San Diego area. We appreciated that there were beach towels, beach chairs and a football to borrow. The laundry machines are down the hall, not in the apartment, if that matters to you. We had no trouble using them.

The place/location were great! More than enough room inside to accommodate my girlfriend and I. Kitchen was stocked with all the supplies needed to cook meals. Bathroom/bedroom was clean and the hosts were extremely responsive. Hard to complain about the location! Walkable coffee shops, restaurants, markets, bars & the beach/bay. Would definitely recommend, as we had a great time!

A gem to stay when in San Diego. Loved the walking trail right in front of the property. My family and I were comfortable coming back after a long day exploring the city. There were some kid-friendly items like dishware, sand toys, and board games that came in handy.

We loved staying here. It is clean, well kept and the view is amazing. We loved that there are lots of extra towels, blankets and pillows too. Great neighborhood with good restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I are absolutely thrilled about our stay at Andy’s! The view from the unit was stunning, super easy beach access, lots of amenities on site. Many places within walking distance. The provided binder was extremely helpful with information about the property as well as recommendations. The unit itself was beautiful, there were games, the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed in the master was very comfortable. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would absolutely stay again.
