Best place to stay, everything was walkable and also Alex was super friendly and attentive. Definitely coming back.

Steven is a fantastic host! We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful area very much! We even hiked with goats at sunset one day and what a treat! A great adventure and beautiful weather all week!!

Perfect location in the building; on the same floor as the gym which was a nice perk. Rooftop is beautiful. Location is perfect, we were able to walk everywhere or take a short uber/lyft. Unit is clean, bright, modern, & refreshingly minimalist. Parking was only a small challenge over the weekend but we always found something right on the park or reasonably nearby most of the time. Tucker was super responsive with any and all questions leading up to and during our stay. We plan on trying to book this very unit again in the near future as it felt like the perfect little home away from home. Thank you Tucker!

Jorge was very kind and responsible host, very attentive to every need and question, from the very first moment care a lot for every little thing we need. The apartment was very pretty ,clean and hade everything we need. Highly recommended , would definitely come back again. If you’re looking for a place to send to Juana, this is the place .

Lovely condo at entrance to resort. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub until closing time. Looks just like the photo and the two large beds were perfect for a girl’s trip weekend! I appreciated the check in flexibility and check out flexibility with what was expected for me to do when I was leaving at 5a to go to the airport. Would stay again.

I had a blast at Ulivs listing! The apartment is very moderen and it’s located at a place where you can easily walk to local restaurants, bars, and much more! I would definitely stay here again!

Such a great getaway location! Quick and easy access to the beach, walkable distance to multiple restaurants, quick and easy access to interstate for a couple day trips to San Diego. Amenities were helpful and convenient, including multiple things for our young kids to do. Would love to come stay again!

All-in-all nice vacation spot. You can always find something to complain (i.e. musty odor mentioned in the previous review is a fact but everybody has a different tolerance level). Bikes are GREAT addition to the experience as you can almost drop using your car unless to stock up in Trader Joe's. Sandra is very welcoming host, instructions are clear and precise.

Perfect location, the accommodations are just as described and pictured. We enjoyed ourselves, loved being close to beach. We walked the beach for our first Valentines! Would visit again!

My family, including 2 young kids, stayed at this condo for a week and absolutely loved the location and condo complex amenities (tennis, pools, hot tub, clubhouse with spectacular views, and beach access). the area feels quite safe and there is so much to do within walking distance. The condo is fairly basic, and the pillows could use a refresh, but overall the place met all our needs. The condo is very quiet and peaceful. No neighbor noise or road noise. Parking is easy. The hosts communicate promptly. We plan to return!

This location is amazing! I have stayed in many places in Oceanside but this was hands down the best yet. It is close to the best beach for surfing in the area, walking distance to the Harbor and downtown restaurants, and right off the highway for easy access. The complex is a beautiful garden with an excellent work out area and many other amenities. Paul's place is nice, although showing a little age around the edges. We had a little trouble getting in initially due to a policy change at the complex but Paul answered his phone and quickly solved this. I would highly recommend this rental.

Short family getaway. Good instructions and unit was as pictured and listed. What a great location to walk to the beach and straight into town for treats. Too cold for ocean time but a good collection of beach toys and supplies.

This particular unit is really wonderful, and the location amazing. Being able to see and hear the beach/waves is very important to me. The unit is well laid out, comfortable, and the wagon was very helpful unloading as it was quite a walk. My vehicle cannot fit in the garage it's too tall, so I parked in the open lot near security. Thankfully with construction security gave us permission to park and not have to move the truck every day. Security was absolutely amazing and very helpful! The beach is very easy to access. We did not use the pool, even though it said heated, it did not feel like it. Sadly, the hot tub was closed for renovations, which is my only negative experience as I rented this particular location for the hot tub and the beach access. It would have been nice to have been made aware ahead of time of the construction going on in the condo complex, for informational purposes. Courtney and staff were quick to answer any questions and very pleasant. Will rent here again.

I definitely would recommend to stay there. The only issue that the bathroom faucet is not that strong, but he is working to get it better. When the next time I go to San Diego, I’m more than likely will stay there. Overall wonderful experience, and an outstanding host. Thank you John.

House was small but cozy. Back yard was amazing. Although it rained and we couldn’t enjoy it as much as we wanted to. Liked having the washer and dryer available. Having a Keuring was a plus for us. Thanks Kim!

Diana was a wonderful host. She went above and beyond for us. The house is beautiful. It was perfect for our group of 10 including 4 young kids. They have all the essential baby amenities like crib, high chair and gates. House was spacious and little ones had lots of room to run around walkable to the beach and local cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Clean and comfortable, had everything we needed to stay for several days over the holidays. Location is very convenient to the freeway, walkable to nearby restaurants. The yard is just awesome and our dogs loved it. Nice parking space for our car. Checking in and out was easy and the hosts provided clear communication. Would stay again!

Family escape was such a fun stay! Great home base for Legoland and the Safari Park. The hot tub and pool (heated for a fee) were amazing and we put the pool toys and floaties to good use. The entire backyard looked and felt like a private resort, with mini golf, soccer/volley ball, lounges, conversation pits, and a grill and bar area. The games and arcade kept everyone entertained. The kitchen met our basic needs as we enjoyed local takeout. We were grateful for the host provided laundry supplies and clear instructions and communication about how to use keep the pool and hot tub heated for our winter visit. The host was immediately responsive and sent someone to fix the spa when we couldn't work the lights and jets the first day. We had no other problems all week!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The house is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax. There were lots of thoughtful touches, like board games and a speaker, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The host was very welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. The only downside was that the jacuzzi required an extra charge, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely recommend this place to others!
