Our condo is inside Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Youll love my place because it is right by the Sandestin Beach, nicely decorated and very well maintained with great views. I provide TRAM Access, reliable WIFI, Netflix with thousands of TV shows and movies and beach chairs & umbrella and a cart to carry them all to the beach. I have a King size bed and a queen size cool gel memory foam sofa bed, a kitchenette with microwave, kitchen sink and a mid size refrigerator.

We're a 2nd floor condo across the street from the beach with an ocean view. Our pool is also heated to 84F in the winter for any of our snowbirds! You'll love our extended East facing balcony with ocean views with easy access to a biking/running trail. We do not rent to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. This is a Destin city ordinance to keep the riff raff down.
