This place was great! Exactly like the photos. Easy to find and has everything that you’d expect from an Airbnb. Only downside is that it is on the first floor, everybody that walks by windows and doors is very loud. They sound like they are in the room with you. At night this was bothersome at 1, 2, 3 am, as people are walking home from bars, shouting, laughing, and talking.

Very centralized to the beach and walkable to restaurants

The pool and pool area were very well kept, large area and lots of space to spread out. We had pool area to ourselves during our stay. Town was a very short walk with many places to eat and very reasonable prices. We visited La Paguera 1/2 hour away to visit bio bay. Lots of places to walk around and felt very safe. Everyone here were very friendly at bars and shops. We stayed 3 nights and found plenty to do while also relaxing. Jorge was a wonderful host and was very responsive to any issue or questions we had during our stay!

Beautiful townhouse close to El Poblado de Boqueron.

Right in the middle of the town. Nice view from the roof balcony of the building. Comfortable for 8 people. All pretty organized.

I will definitely be back to this location. Everything was exactly as described and better. Juan Carlos was extremely responsive from the moment i booked up until i checked out. He even gives a list of places to eat and visit. Definitely recommend this location

The stay was great! It's the second time we stay there and will definitely go back. William was available at all times and answered all questions. Instructions were clear. Walking distance to the "Poblado" but without the noise. Variety of places to eat and listen to the music. Place was clean and organized with everything needed to make for a great weekend. Nice AC!!

This is a very nice apartment to vacation in. The beach is very close by and the apartment has all the amenities you need. Everything was nice and clean. We had a small bug problem during our stay but Venvenido Spaces were very proactive about solving it - and very accommodating to our schedule.

A place to spend family time close to everything and an excellent host always answered my questions quickly, I highly recommend it was worth staying there

Great little place private with security Paul was amazing everyone that lives there. Amazing close to restaurants close to the little town which has lots to do. Fun music Food Great Pl., Maria was great very accommodating and very responsive. Thank you.

Nice place to stay while in Cabo Rojo. Has pretty much everything you need to feel comfortable. Emmanuel was responsive and helpful.

Great place! my family and I really enjoyed the place 🫶had good time at the pool with grandkids very quiet neighbors and close to playa buye and the Poblado.

Carlos is a great host and communicator. The place is nice, clean, safe, great AC, and has a generator (bonus in PR). 👌💕 If you search Airbnb via map and "waterside" this location will show up but there is NO water or beach access. I don't think this is the hosts fault - it's the Airbnb filters. The listing says "drive" to the beach (which is true). The only reason for not giving a full five stars is value compared to Airbnbs nearby with direct beach access and walkable to restaraunts. Would stay here again! incredible beaches and food nearby. Joyuda is a hidden gem in PR!

This was our second stay at this Airbnb and we stayed for 3 weeks - we hope to come back. It is a great location for kids and we enjoy being directly on the beach. The area is very peaceful, and the property is beautifully maintained. The kayaks are a blast, the mangrove beaches are the best anywhere. Walter is a very responsive and accommodating host, responding to and addressing concerns almost immediately. We have special diet needs so we cooked every meal for 6 people without issue. We had good proximity to Sam’s Club for supplies. The refrigerator is on generator power, so everything survived the New Years blackout without loss.

My family of four enjoyed our stay at serenity by the sea! The accommodations provided everything that we needed for a successful day at the beach. The condo were clean and the beds were super comfortable. We felt we had everything we needed for the week. We felt right at home! The location is closed to many beautiful beaches that we enjoyed on the West Coast of Puerto Rico! We were within close distance to La Paguera, which had fun nightlife and close by to the rental were many delicious restaurants that the host has provided in her guest book! We will definitely be back thank you for being such a communicative host and providing us with everything we needed.
