Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Minturno

We recently stayed at Lucas House, a lovely villa in the mountains of Scauri, just a short drive from Rome. The house is beautiful, with lots of space and comfortable beds. The views are amazing, and we loved both the private pool and the larger shared pool. Most rooms had air conditioning, which was great. Driving in the area can be tricky, but the "authentic" Italian experience makes it worthwhile. There aren't many tourists, which makes it feel very real, but it might be challenging language and service-wise if you prefer more tourist-friendly places. Overall, Lucas House was perfect for our big family. It is child-friendly, though the large marble stairs make it more suitable for children over 3.5 years old. It’s close to many beautiful spots and beaches. Dealing with Luca and his team was easy and smooth. Thank you, Luca, for hosting us in your wonderful villa!

It was late at night when I arrived, and it was dark due to the nature of the countryside, so it was somewhat difficult to find the accommodation, but when I finally arrived, the accommodation was spacious, clean, and peaceful. This accommodation stood out in terms of quick replies and thoughtful consideration from the host.

It was love at first sight for my husband and I. Sperlonga is absolutely gorgeous and the gardens at the property offered amazing views of the surrounding area and beach. The restaurant recommendations were excellent. There are a lot of stairs to get around the city but everywhere you walk is beautiful.

Perfect villa for up to 4 people. There were two of us and we had plenty of space. Beautiful garden, garden table + chairs, sun loungers and sunbeds, sun/shade: great! Well equipped kitchen. Bathroom is a bit small and a little dated, but everything works fine. Great host who responds quickly and helps directly with all questions. In short: excellent accommodation for visiting Gaeta, Sperlonga and beach!!

Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

We had an amazing stay at Irene’s apartment! Location in the heart of Itri, only a couple of minutes walk to the free parking lot, excellent breakfast treats and a smooth check-in. Irene always answered quickly and if we’re ever in the area we would happily stay here again!

We were staying at the villa with our kids and just loved the house, the garden and the view. The house is even nicer than on the pictures, it was very clean and well equipped. You should definitely check out Bazzano Beach 🥰.

Our stay was really idyllic! Right in the centre of historical Sperlonga - but really quiet. Walkable to everywhere and beautiful views wherever you look. The house itself was pristine, comfortable and charming. Fabrizio and Lucia were so friendly and responsive, really helpful too with recommendations on getting around and things to try. A fantastic apartment with super views & great location to explore Gaeta & surrounding area such as Sperlonga & beaches …

I was so impressed at the extent to which the Host and particularly her sister helped us get settled. As well, they were extremely attentive and helpful when I took ill. They connected me with a local Dr.; went to the pharmacy for me etc.,. They were amazing hosts from beginning to end. As well, the apartment is very spacious and comfortable. This is a perfect place to stay. Marco is a wonderful host - so friendly, helpful and responsive. The apartment has everything you would need and ranks at the top of my list for airbnbs. It’s in a perfect location in the center of everything and very walkable to all sites and restaurants in Gaeta. The apartment was larger than I expected and so clean and welcoming. Really lovely apartment, everything we needed was easy to find. The location was really nice on an old street and sea views from some rooms, we enjoyed the balcony. The hosts were super helpful and despite not all directions appearing on Google maps they sent us a bus time table and it was easy to teach via train then bus.

My parents and I stayed at Monica's apartment for a few days at the end of our Italian holiday. We absolutely loved the unit and would recommend to anyone traveling to Gaeta. Location: This unit is located just 1 block from the beach and perfect for a beach holiday. There are some cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores within a few blocks, and the more central shopping area is just a 15 minute walk away. Unit: The unit was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make coffee (Bialetti espresso maker) and some simple lunches. Parking: The unit comes with a dedicated parking space, which is excellent since most of the street parking nearby is metered. Communication: Monica was extremely responsive throughout the entire booking process, stay, and check-out.
