Maritimus Excelsior is a new addition to luxury accommodation in Zakynthos. Newly constructed and finished to the highest standards the property has a number of outstanding feature: Property fronts directly on to sandy Alykes beach. Facilities include a swimming pool, pool deck, loungers, bbq area and gardens Quiet location, yet only a short stroll from the bars and restaurants in Alykes. Private secure parking, Wifi and satellite TV. Apartments are cleaned daily and owners are on hand and happy to help with any advice you need during your stay. Fully equipped kitchen, including washing facilities and Nespresso machine. The entire property sleeps up to 12 people on three floors. However, it can also be let in two self-contained sections, with separate entrances: Ground floor suite contains one double en-suite room, one twin room and a sofa bed in the lounge/ kitchen area. (sleeps 5 comfortably) Upper floors suite contains three double bedrooms each with their own separate bathrooms. (sleeps 7 comfortably) Alykes is situated a short drive from Zakynthos Airport and is the perfect setting for a quiet getaway in the Ionian Islands. Alykes beach is a safe, shallow Blue Flag beach, with a range of watersports available a short distance down the beach from our property. Whether you want to travel along the coast visiting hidden beaches and coves, enjoy the fine sea-food and wine of Zakynthos or Vollimes or even if you want to try the bars and clubs of Laganas or Argassi, Alykes is a perfect base to explore the beautiful island of Zakynthos. Daily boat trips leave from the pier beside Maritimus Excelsior for the world-famous Shipwreck Beach and Blue Caves. We designed this property to create a holiday home that blends well with the natural landscape. Environmentally-friendly materials underpinned the construction and a selection of bright colours were used to reflect the colour of the sea and the Greek sun. The name Maritimus is inspired by a native plant, the sea daffodil (Pancratium maritimum), a protected species which can be seen growing on Alykes beach.

Beautiful villa in Valeriano over Koroni beach

The house is located at the foot of mountain Aenos, a few hundred meters before entering Valeriano village. The 40 sq.m apt at the basement on the south side of the villa, is fully equipped and airconditioned by two inverters, ideal for couples, families or friends. It consists of two airconditioned bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a king size bed which also has a silent fan), a small living room with a TV, a fully equipped small kitchen, a bathroom, a yard of its own and a garden.

Our 2nd floor recently renovated airconditioned apartment is located in Argostoli, only a short distance from the seaside (where you can find taverns,cafe,supermarkets etc)and the public busses station (about 200 m away). It can accommodates up to 5 peoople ,it measures an area of 78 m2, has 2 bedrooms, a lage dining-living- kitchen room, bathroom ,big veranda with sea and town view,high spead internet wifi 180 Mbps.There is supermarket and traditional bacery 100 m away from our apartment.

I have 5x self contained studio apartments, all with en suite bathrooms, cooking facilities and private balconies. (all with sea views) The beach is only 5 mins walk away & a safe haven for children. Close to the taverna's (fresh fish & traditional food) Nearby village. Un-spoilt scenery, spectacular views, walking/biking tracks,on the door step. Tranquillity for a relaxing holiday. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

We live in the most beautiful area of the island far away from massive tourism. We have our own private cove just down the house. It is great for snorkeling, you can see fish and star fish. We have 2 kayaks for 2 people each and 4 standup paddles that you can use for free. It is ideal for exploring the famous blue caves. You might even see a seal or a turtle. The port of Agios Nikolaos is only 5 min walk. There are traditional restaurants, mini-markets, bars and 2 beaches.
