In a leafy conservation area of Plymouth,near to the popular Royal William Yard and approximately 30 mins walk from the historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe and the City Centre. There is a large bedroom/living area with a superking bed which can also be made into 2 twin beds on request.Also, a galley kitchen area and shower room. Soundproofed from the rest of the house.

There is one large bedroom with a king bed and a day bed which converts in to two singles making it into a family room.
