Family-friendly vacation rentals in Midtown, Nashville

We were most interested in finding a place near the sites of downtown, Grand Old Opry, etc…It was an easy Uber to these places and only around $20 with super fast pick up. The house was clean, beds comfortable and hot tub was great. We didn’t pay close enough attention that it only had 1 bathroom which was challenging for 6 of us but that was on us as it’s clearly states 1 bathroom. All in all a great place to stay!

Place was amazing and lived up to all our expectations!

Rick and Candy went over and above all expectations I had for hosts. They were very quick to respond, and you can tell that they want their guests to be comfortable. From the sign outside welcoming us (and wishing my husband a happy birthday!) to all of the extras inside, we felt that they really wanted us to be there. They even stacked firewood and kindling in their outside fireplace so we could easily start a fire! It was a great fire! They aren't in this business just for the money, but because they truly care about their guests having an amazing experience. I am so glad that we were able to book this home at the last minute. We had never been to Nashville before, but they were so welcoming that I know we will be back. I can't wait to stay in their home again!

This place was amazing!! Although it’s a guesthouse it feels so secluded, we didn’t realize anyone was in the main house our whole stay until the end lol. Our hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful! There was coffee, wood for the fire pit, easy instructions for the hot tub, even detergent for the washing machine! We loved staying here we did not want to leave :,) Would 1000% stay here again!

Nashville was a great spot for a girls retreat. Overall, the area was great and the space worked really well for our group.

Great home for a large family/friend gathering. Plenty of room and beds, and lots of open space. Back yard area could be cleaned up more, but was still worth the socializing and gathering out back. Grill worked fine and was usable for BBQs. Easy Uber access to downtown Broadway and plenty to do in downtown Nashville. Great location away from the city to be quiet and quaint, but still close enough for all the action in the city. Would definitely rent from Danielle again!

Steve was an amazing host! We are already planning our trip back to Nashville and gonna try and book with him! The drive into downtown Nashville was short and easy. There were so many little shops and places to eat within walking distance our overall stay was awesome! Also the house is beautiful!! So homey! Steve definitely made our stay in Nashville one to remember!

We had a wonderful stay at The Presley! The house was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to comfortable bedding. The location was perfect—conveniently situated with easy access to a variety of Nashville attractions, including the vibrant East Nashville area and the lively Downtown district, all just a short drive away. It was the ideal spot to explore the best of the city while enjoying a relaxing and well-equipped retreat!

Lori was available for questions and replied very quickly. We will go this route again next year for nwtf convention. very convenient to Gaylord.

I needed a place to stay while visiting Nashville for a wedding & Mary's place was perfect! It was exactly as described & perfect for a laid-back weekend. I was attending wedding events in the neighborhood and her place was walkable to all of the venues but there was also plenty of parking near her home if you plan to drive to Nashville (which I did). Also, I opted to extend my stay by 1 night and asked Mary if she had availability. She did not but went above and beyond to send me recommendations for other places nearby! Excellent host! Highly recommend it if you are looking for a cozy home away from home while visiting East Nashville!

Perfect stay! House was charming and had very comfortable. Stocked with everything you could possibly need: Roku TVs, kitchenware, washer/dryer etc. Quiet and safe street, in walking distance to restaurants and a coffee shop. About a 10 minute drive to downtown/Gulch. We stayed with our dog who loved the front and back yards. Bonuses were a fire pit and a dog park that was less than a 5 minute drive. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome for a Nashville trip!! We had 10 people and the house was very spacious and well kept. The location was awesome with only 10 dollar Uber rides to broadway and Nissan stadium. Amazing hospitality from host with fast with responding to messages!! Highly recommend

This is a great location, close to Broadway, but far enough away to be quiet. The host was very responsive and the space was comfortable!

Great yard for our small dogs. Cute place and perfect for our overnight stay during our road trip.

We really enjoyed staying there! We got snowed in and they were very helpful to help us add on a day. We did get locked out one night, but they were very quick to respond and help us get back in!

We had a wonderful stay at this cute and cozy condo with its beautiful view of the river. Close to everything we wanted to do but away from the hustle and bustle. We felt right at home!

The condo is just like the pictures. The beds are very comfortable and the complex is quiet. Although we didn't, you could easily walk to the Nashville hot spots! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Stayed on my own for a few days over New Years. House was clean and very comfortable. I very much like the space and the view. Had everything I needed. Bed was comfy. The location was great. More of an up-and-coming area of town, so not super populated with other visitors, but I found it easy to hop on my bike and navigate around to Broadway or Bicentennial Park. The area is quiet and well-lit for the most part, so I felt safe. Loved having a designated off-street parking spot within sight of the condo. Would definitely stay again! Thank you.

Great, clean place! Good location for catching an Uber to Broadway or anywhere else you are wanting to go, yet quiet location when relaxing! Host responded within a very timely manner! Would highly recommend!

Kimberly's place was conveniently located, even though it was about a 20 minute walk to Broadway. She was very responsive and helpful and even accommodated us checking out late...that was a life saver really!!! Thank you so very much for letting us stay at your home!

Great stay! Great view. Clean, the beds were amazing. Patsy's instructions were so well laid out, we didn't need any other help from her, but I'm confident she would have been there to talk us through any issues we might have had. Thanks for a great vacation! We now love Nashville!
