Welcome to my bright and spacious main door apartment located in a modern residential development in a close proximity of central Edinburgh. Free on street parking. With excellent bus links and nearby train station commuting into the town is not a problem. A five minute walk, local shopping area with a bakery, a Costa coffee outlet and an M&S food store. Two double bedrooms (one en suite) and a comfortable blow up bed can sleep six. Wifi, sky TV, Netflix, full modern kitchen & nespresso machine.

'The Snug' is a fully licensed, private apartment attached to our Bungalow with its own entrance and is ideal for couples. There are stairs to access the property. Colinton is a lovely residential area. We are a 2 min walk away from a direct bus route into Edinburgh City Centre. The bus takes approx 25 min and stops include Princes Street and Haymarket. It takes 15 min to drive to the City Centre and Edinburgh Airport. Colinton has 2 lovely restaurants, 2 pubs and a Co-op (approx 10min walk).

This apartment in central Edinburgh comfortably accommodates six people. Easy access to city centre and beyond if you wish to travel. Private parking. It is very spacious and equipped with everything you need for a few days getaway. There is Alexa controlled Sonos music system and two smart televisions. The kitchen is fullly equipped and the lounge/dining area provides a comfortable dining table for six. Our flat is perfect for a City break or to do the Festival/Fringe in August.
