Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Middle Franconia

The home worked perfectly for our short stay in the area. The home was charming and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed deer as well.

The place was lovely. The garden is unique and spacious. You can wonderfully concentrate on playing games and spending time together here. Wonderful for a weekend with friends or family. The dogs also felt very comfortable.

Hubert and Jutta's place is magically beautiful and idyllic. The two of them welcomed us very warmly. The sheep and the cuddly dog also greeted us immediately. When we were there, there were outside temperatures of -13 degrees at night. At that time, slippers are recommended in such a great, old farmhouse. Otherwise it was cozy and warm. We will be back! Thank you!

Judith and Jürgen are super hosts. We've never had a place that was so well thought out in so many details. From first aid box to olive oil, there were great amenities that went far beyond the usual. We felt very comfortable. It started when you booked. Judith pointed out that in addition to the Casa Loft there is also the apartment La Mansarda and we can eat all meals in the Casa Loft.

The House is located right next to a small lake with very beautiful scenary. Quite place. The house is very clean, with all kitchen ware availible. Most surprisingly the welcome bread and fruit from Fabian, who is a very nice landlord. We will visit again next year!

It was just fantastically beautiful and quiet here. For the children, it was a paradise with the huge garden and the toys and listening games provided. It was very clean and lovingly furnished. There were plenty of outdoor opportunities for the kids as well. We highly recommend the place and will be happy to come back ourselves.

Stayed for a couple of nights with kids. Enjoyed the place and surroundings. Pretty much isolated village surrounded by farms. Lots of great hiking opportunities in radius of 10 minutes by car. The nearest grocery store in 7 minutes by car.

We felt very comfortable. The house is flooded with light, inviting and colorful. We felt at home. Very dog friendly and just warm. We will be happy to come back :)

My dog and I felt right at home. Just arrived, right on the edge of the field. Unfortunately, I did not meet Christine in person, but the exchange and communication was very nice, friendly and accommodating. Every question was answered directly, the response time is almost seconds fast:) The only downside to the place was that we hadn't booked longer. We didn't want to leave 🥰

Christian was an amazing host and communicated very clearly during our stay. He had a nice big and beautiful space for my family during our trip to Nuremberg. It was a pity that I had to shorten our stay and head back to Frankfurt early but I will definitely recommend Christian’s place for couples and families visiting Nuremberg - location is perfect as it’s near a big shopping mall, it’s in a quiet safe residential neighborhood, with a nearby park/playground for the little ones. Very nice apartment, ideal for a family. Close enough to Nuremberg, which can be reached by S-bahn. Sabine has been very prompt to answer any small question. Highly recommended

Hubert and Eva are warm and gracious hosts; they have many brochures about the Romantic Road and provide a lot of helpful tips about places to visit. Hubert met us when we arrived in the evening and showed us the huge apartment over their home, located in a very quiet residential street. Great location – less than 10 minutes to Rothenburg and just 5 min. to the Aldi and Lidl stores. Many nearby charming towns are close enough for enjoyable day trips, and the hosts let us park our car in their driveway. There was so much space in the large living and dining rooms for our family of five. Both bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, and warm. Very large bathroom with a shower, a bathtub and two wide sinks. The apartment had lots of natural light and the windows have light-blocking shades for a restful sleep. The kitchen was well stocked to make breakfast and dinner and the hosts even included a welcome tray of beer, orange juice & milk! We had a lovely stay for the Christmas markets.

As part of my work assignment, I rented the nice apartment for a month. Very comfortable stay. Apartment is kept clean by cleaning service. Host very friendly and cooperative. Parking available. I'd love to do it again if I get the chance!

We felt very comfortable, we liked the lovingly and tastefully furnished apartment very much! The location is wonderful and very central. The kitchen is minimalist but functional, we only missed a grater for the Parmesan... 😉 But the communication was straightforward and kind. We will be very happy to repeat offenders if the opportunity arises!

The house is wonderful, spacious, warm and beautifully furnished, everything you need is there and more besides. And a lovely sauna! Very kind and responsive hosts, they sorted out a minor hitch for us very promptly. They were friendly and helpful, left us to it but were there if we needed anything. Can't fault it at all, thank you so much, we had a great stay.

Gera's place is a real gem. The flat is really comfortable, with so many well-thought little details that make the stay really perfect. The pictures do not do it justice. It was great to reach the Messe and near public transport. Gera was also very fast to respond and friendly at all times. Would love to come back.

Lovely, clean, very spacious apartment! Andrea was very accommodating, provided a high chair, fall protection and children's bedding. The kitchen is superbly equipped! At the beginning it was a bit cold in the apartment, but thanks to the fireplace and the wood provided we had it nice and cozy warm.

The apartment was as described and very clean. Everything needed for a longer period of time was there. The apartment is very well equipped. Communication with the hosts Willi and Nadja was very fast, good and very friendly. We will be happy to come back.
