This is a nice apartment in a gated community at the base of the mountains. I've stayed in this subdivision before and I really like it here. The bedrooms are good-sized. The kitchen, dining room and living room all share the same room basically. Not ideal for large gatherings. The unit is tastefully decorated with all the amenities and lots of thoughtful touches. The two bicycles Joel provided make it easy to zip around town. However, the ride home up the hill is 'challenging' to put it mildly. The only negative was the slow wifi speed. The average download speed was about 6 Mbps.

My friends and I stayed for 2 nights at this property. We would all definitely return. The grounds are amazing!!!! The house is beautiful and so clean. They have it set up for families with children as well. We arrived a little late but the staff was there waiting for our arrival. They walked us through the house and answered all our questions. Checkout was just as easy. We enjoyed Ajijic but wished we had more time just to enjoy the home and property. We all said we would definitely return. I would recommend this rental to all. “ go and enjoy yourselves”

It's our second stay, and it was the same or better than the first! This is a great place to get away from the routine and a spectacular view of the volcano. The hosts are always waiting to help, we had a minimal detail with the shower, but Antonio immediately moved to the place to support us with the theme! There will definitely be a third visit!

We had a great time for a short weekend. Very nice garden, casa chica but cute and very well equipped. The hosts , Pepe and lOurdes, were very attentive. Would come back :)

We had a very quiet and happy stay. The house is exactly like it looks in the photos. We received the very clean accommodation. Very clean linen and towels and smelling rich. The terrace and fire pit excellent. Our 3 puppies were very happy too. Thank you so much 😊

Quiet, safe, nice, good location and functional. Also the reception committee are two beautiful dogs. Rocío was super friendly and I didn't need anything, because everything worked perfect and I felt very comfortable. Invited to come back. Thank you so much!
