Boutique hotel vacation rentals in Miami

It was so beautiful, I would recommend for college kids because of the pool and there were multiple days of people having parties by the pool, but it was very fun! The pool was clean and heated. The only negative thing was we found about 3 cockroaches in the kitchen drawers. Other than that, no complaints.

We love the Walkabout Beach Resort. It is not fancy and does not have a restaurant or a pool but has the best TIKI bar on the Broadwalk.

We had a wonderful time at Roberto's place. The accommodations were great and the location was spectacular. Roberto and the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great spot right on the beach!

Our stay at The Sea Spray Inn was great! A real gem, quiet and just a block from the beach, which made carrying the provided beach chairs and umbrellas a breeze. The outdoor pool and patio with plenty of chairs and tables with umbrellas, for sun or shade is lovely and surrounded by a wall of greens and fencing for privacy from the street. The studio room was more spacious than expected with great windows on both sides of the unit (kitchen and bathroom) as well as bedroom/living room area, and lots of closet and drawer space. The kitchen and bathroom are a bit tight quarters for 2 people at the same time but work great. We also appreciated the small library and laundry facilities. Cindy, the office manager was super friendly, provided recommendations for local activities, and responded to a minor repair request right away. Other unit residents were friendly as well.

This listing was very clean and convenient. Greatest asset is the host who is responsive to inquiries and has helpful suggestions on numerous subjects. We highly recommend this location.

Everything is excellent, as described, very central. It's true that the place is shared with other guests but I don't think that's a problem.

Was really pleased to find the place totally accurate to the description. Beach about 10 min walk. Beach towels to use. The place was clean, and host incredibly responsive. Front desk staff nice and good cleaning of room daily. It’s a very quiet area of south beach. Ubers are fairly cheap in Miami if you want to go further south to the action and we had fun attempting to learn the trolley system. Having a free washer/dryer was a really nice addition, as well as the snacks in the lobby that were appropriately priced. Very happy with this stay, and would recommend, especially for families.
