It is 3 minutes walking from the Ca' d'Oro waterbus stop, 8 minutes from the waterbus stop from Marco Polo airport and 15 minutes walk from the Santa Lucia railway station. Strada Nova is the most important street, with many shops, pubs, supermarket and convenience stores. The apartment is a ground floor loft, divided in night and day areas, very silent and with a beautiful sight on a private garden.

Cozy and comfortable apartment very sunny and with breathtaking views located in the true city center where many Venetians still live. Around there are numerous fruit and vegetable shops,bakeries and 3 supermarkets! My accommodation is very close to public transport to and from airport,railway ,piazzale roma (bus and car ) Rialto and S.Marco! (which can also be reached on foot !)It is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families (with children)
